shelbyluvv Posted October 28, 2018 Share Posted October 28, 2018 Daughter #2 needed a car. I stumbled on this 99 2wd XJ for $500. It didn't run and had been sitting for 3 years. I found 3 cut wires and a bunch more chewed up by mice. I got it running then of course the fuel pump died. The interior was nasty. So we pulled the seats and carpet and started the cleaning process. Not a bad deal for a cheap beater car. I need a left rear flare and bumper cap. If you happen to see a chili pepper red XJ in the yard I need the painted flare and unpainted bumper cap. Considering the right rear passenger area is 5x worse than any other area, I'd place my bet on a child seat being in that position and lots of sippy cups and food being thrown on the floor.
