Am I remembering incorrectly, or does anyone else here remember a thread by a member where he had posted photos of the remains of a '20's-'30's car he found buried in the creek bed on his property?

I recall the OP saying he would return to dig it out at a later date.... wondered if he ever got back to it?

You should put those on CL and use such tags as "Only surface rust" "Mostly restored" "Running when parked" "In very good to excellent condition for age" and ask $10000 each.

Don't forget that they are RARE!!

In all honesty the Fairlane looks like it was fairly complete under the hood when it was "parked" there, so it very well could have been running. Not sure why it was dumped.

Pop the trunk and check for human remains.

I would love to check the inside of these cars but they are underground and filled with dirt. Only the front end of the Fairlane and the passenger side and front of the Bel Air are exposed.
