yellaheep Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 That looks like a nice solid, straight little MJ......... Where the hell was that when I was looking for my Archer tribute race truck???? :fs1:
cruiser54 Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Old buddy here in town has a beautiful 88 Pioneer 2wd for sale.... I don't need any more vehicles though.
Incommando Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 I should just go out west and buy cleaner truck to start with. it would be a lot easier in the end.
jimoshel Posted April 17, 2014 Author Posted April 17, 2014 Old buddy here in town has a beautiful 88 Pioneer 2wd for sale.... I don't need any more vehicles though. Now that would depend on the vehicle, wouldn't it? You don't see me dragging Fords in do you? :D
NHMJXJ Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Nice straight truck (except the bumper), but it looks like there was a creature living in it.
jimoshel Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 Pulled the mat this afternoon. And there went my dream for a perfect MJ. The passenger side wasn't to bad, surface rust that could be cleaned up in 5 minutes. The drivers side was something else. Heavy rust all over and a 2X4 inch hole under the gas pedal. Wonder how much I could sell it for now?
jimoshel Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 It doesn't have a title. Let me look around. I can find a better one for ya.

jimoshel Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 Driver side passenger side Back of bed, Looks like some sort of chemical ate the paint off. Front of bed. rust Tail gate Going to take a scoop shovel with me next time I look at a MJ.
Spectormj Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Parts truck? or make it a mud toy put it on a K5 frame or somethin ridiculous
jimoshel Posted April 18, 2014 Author Posted April 18, 2014 Don't have any K5 frames. Have got a couple J10 & J20.
yxmj Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 You guys are seriously spoiled if that little hole and granny rust scare you....
jimoshel Posted April 19, 2014 Author Posted April 19, 2014 Personally I like that hole being there. When on a long trip, I don't have to stop at a rest area to take a leak. Biggest problem is making sure I don't drop anything. Don't want anything dragging on the pavement now do we?
