How Time Flies

Seems like it was just last week when I met my high school sweetheart. Fast forward a few pleasant, exciting years and we've made it to the 3 year anniversary mark, with her birthday coming up (next Tuesday). Much to her girlfriends' delights, I'm going to finally pop the question on Halloween (at a small get-together with friends), and take them along to do ring shopping tomorrow. Here's hoping for something nice, and many more happy years together.

. . . . .

Now hopefully the MJ won't get jealous and start to wonder where all my "Misc. Jeep Parts Repair $" goes to. :rotfl2:

Not even sure where I want to know where this came from. I'm also fairly certain she would go gaga over it. She's started to get into the whole Jeep Bug ever since I bought my truck. Took me a while to convince her I "Didn't waste my money on a POS Jeep Pickup". Now, she wants a YJ / TJ to replace her DD. :shake:

How time flies.

I'm not sure if congrats are in order quite yet or not. Maybe congrats on getting the courage to ask. After all, she hasn't said yes yet....

I've been married for 2 years now and she still supports my Jeep obsession ;)

Better hope she doesn't read the forum like mine does, that would spoil the suprise.

or make for an even bigger surprise if she beats you to the punch and asks first. :D

Yup. She doesn't go on the forums, although she knows I waste 60% of my days off surfing around on here. I'm also very positive she'll say yes. We've kind of had a thing for each other since we were little kids back in grade school, although we always thought the other wasn't interested. You can imagine the surprise when we hooked up 3 years ago. Plus, she teases me off and on about when I'm going to ask the question.

Congrats.

It's awesome when you find the right one. I was lucky and am still happily married to my high school sweetheart. 29 years now.

She supports my jeep and bike habits as long as they don't get out of hand. Used to be sports cars. (Mustangs mostly).

And get her a TJ, not a YJ. IMHO.

Check my post Other Jeeps, I posted pics of my wifes TJ.

Congrats to you!

Continued good luck to her!

That's how we view it around our household.

Celebrating 28 years of marriage today. And I'm on the forum. I have issues.

No you don't. If it's not an issue to Mama, there are no issues.
