Automan2164
Close enough... Point is that they are making them again, and I just ordered one even though I don't have a chassis for it. Details, details... Now to find an awesome chassis. Now I just need Spencer to get cranking on some scale Eliminator and Chief decals. :D Rob L. :clapping:

Timmaay
This is just a clear lexan body for an R/C vehicle. So yes, it is remote controlled but you need an actual chassis to put it on.

I'm used to be technician on remote controlled for raceline motorworks before they got out of business :( so my experience would take me to make it more badass :)
Automan2164
Here is the chassis that they made the body for... AXIAL SCX10 http://www.axialracing.com/ftp/scx10-rtr/index.html I found a video, They are running an XJ body on it, since the MJ wasn't available at the time, but you can see the sweet things this thing can do, and how real they function. My GF's older brother is really into RC racing, and he said that they are starting to have RC crawler competition courses alongside the regular racing spring up. Here's the Vid: Rob L. I ordered the regular body, and have the GF's older brother (who is a lurker here on CC) doing some reconnaissance on what chassis' will and will not fit. Rob L. jimoshel
I'll take 2. Never repaired the model plane after it's last destructive nose dive so I have a idle receiver needs to be put into something.
500 MJ
I prefer 1:1 scale. ;) This is pretty cool though.

Pete M
 I see it's that super rare short-short bed. :rotf: guess it wouldn't fit on the same chassis as the XJ body if it was full length.
terrawombat
These things look really, really fun and I'd really like to buy one. There is just one thing holding me back - I can get a real MJ for about the same price as one of these :D I think I may purchase the body for a future project and do a ton of research on the other components. 87Warrior
:rotf: Well Rob, this is ALL your fault: Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found Picked up this lightly used Axial SCX10 today. Also came with an upgraded steering servo, battery, weighted wheels, and a set of scale super swampers. Cost a little more than I wanted, but less than a new one without the extras. Crawls like a mad man on speed. Now to order that MJ body and interior, then prepare to match my truck!
kastein
hmmm those driveshaft angles look a little bad... anyone make SYE kits for this yet?
Automan2164
Don't forget, the MJ body carries a longer wheelbase, and if your Axial doesn't already have the kit, you will need the link set. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_inf ... -123-313mm Oh, and... Lucky bastid. I haven't found one yet locally, and I am not paying full price off the showrrom floor. I want a demo. :rotf: Rob L.
