socal1200r
Just checked the TireRack link, those Yokohamas are out of stock. Just for yucks, I chose another brand of tire, just to get the shipping quote, and it would cost over $100 just for shipping. So IF they had a set of 4 of those Yokos in stock, it would cost roughly $625 to get a set of 4 delivered to me. Then I'd have to spend probably another $80-$100 to get them mounted/balanced, which would push the "on the rim" price to around $700. Still think a set of Goodyear Wrangler Authority's from WalMart is a great deal. Those tires in that size (31x10.50) are $130 each, and they'll mount, balance, new valve stems, road hazard, and tire disposal for about $18/tire. So that would be less than $600 for a set of 4 on the rim, with a road hazard warranty. If i didn't get such a good deal on these Firestone Destination AT's, I would've gotten a set of Goodyears from WM...

mvusse
these are nicehttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JEEP-TRU ... ccessories We have retreads in a P235/75R15 very much like these on the skid steer at work. but i think I'm getting these http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... mpare1=yes I got these http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?jeep-sid=163&plID=0&partID=14747# and so far (one wheeling trip in 12+" of snow, ice, breaking ice, water and mud) have been very pleased with them. But after shelling out nearly $900 for 4 tires including mounting and balancing, I'd better be pleased.

knever3
I am really thinking of those Yoko Geo M/T's myself. I really like the tread design and the price is cheap compared to BFG A/T's. Don't you have a local tire place in town? Discount or Belle Tire? They should be able to get them for the same price.
shelbyluvv
You can get these for a few dollars more. http://www.onlinetires.com/products/vehicle/tires/bf+goodrich/31%252F10.50-15+bf+goodrich+mud+terrain+ta+km2+++n%252Fa.html
DJM/78
You can get these for a few dollars more. http://www.onlinetires.com/products/vehicle/tires/bf+goodrich/31%252F10.50-15+bf+goodrich+mud+terrain+ta+km2+++n%252Fa.html I didn't pay much more than that at a local shop in town for my new BFG AT's , No charges for mounting and disposal or stems . I got the wheels as a package deal with the rims . Do your research , haggle a couple of shops in town and find the best price . Always take other shops quotes with you and show them the paperwork . Most shops will either try to match or beat the deal to get your business .
Backroads
I hate walmart...but those damn goodyear wranglers are a DEAL. Especially because you won't have to pay shipping and all that extra to get them on the truck. its mighty cheap for 31's!
Sir Sam
https://www.treadwright.com/shopnow/pro ... n-a-t.aspx $101 per tire shipped. plus mount/bal at your local tire place.
XXLMJ
I hate to brag but Tire Rack it 20min from my house, I buy most of my tires there. Nobody local can beat them, it's just always a long wait.
Pete M
New tires are so overpriced. :( I only buy gently-used tires. Sets of 4 for 200 or so are not uncommon. my 4k mile 33" trxus were 300 and came with rims (the wrong rims for my ford axles, but that's beside the point). :D For new tires, shopping around and haggling is the only way to get a good deal. There's an outrageous markup on these things, so it's not that hard to save a hundred bucks or more.
