ive recently been noticing a rough idle in my 92. it will idle perfect for a couple mins, but then it seems like it wants to stall out...it will either stall or almost stall on me. It seems to do this even when i am in higher rpms on the roads....it sort of "bucks" also, its shifting all crazy...itll downshift or won't upshift when its supposed to. ive changed the map, plugs, wires, distributor cap n rotor, adjusted the tranny kickdown no clue what else to try. I'm going to change the fuel filter today and check the ground behind the drivers side tail light. hers the vid,,,its only doing it a little here ...it does it way worse than this Any help or comments will be appreciated.

i don't care....air bags sounds better anyways...their not a spring, their a bag
-
did you put the top plastic piece on or leave it? I called the company and they said the top plastic, to prevent the bag from puncturing on the top was unnesesary.

I once thought about front air shocks for my MJ - No luck Finding advertised - However, doing the dimension thing on the Monroe E-catalog web site http://www.monroe.com/assets/downloads/ ... hSheet.pdf - - I came up with these 2 shocks that will bolt in. MA822: compressed length 14.5 - - extended length 24.4 - - Travel 9.9 MA708: compressed length 12.3 - - extended length 19.9 - - travel 7.6 - - upside down mounting 32252: compressed length 13.0 - - extended length 21.1 - - travel 8.1 - - Monroe OEM type front specs Hope this helps. Yes...THANK YOU!! Has anyone tried them yet?
-
Then why don't you start off by replacing the sagged out coil springs then go from there? The spring is new.
-
to install these you have to remove the spring :fs2: and they seem very weak ..... now I'm thinking about going a diffrent route has anyone ever installed air shocks in the front of their mj? if so, what brands are suggested? thanks again Paul
-
I had to order them from eBay....some aftermarket China crap but only $25 and look good Thanks guys!
