Darren Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Why would you want to hide your online status? When you sign in, it gives you the option of keeping your online status hidden. Plus at the bottom of the main page, where it lists who is all online, it will say how many people are "hidden". Is there some cool advantage that I'm missing out on?

If you owe people money or are on other $#!& lists then you probably don't want people knowing that your online.

reson46 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 One of them is probably Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris does not hide from anybody. :fool: Willy
Pete M Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 he's not hiding, he's stealthily sneaking up on his next victim. :D
64 Cheyenne Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 When I used to care, I had my status hidden. I was fearful of those who know more than me on some particular topic would "flame" me for me sharing my 2cents and making me feel like an idiot, then I realized that if I don't participate, then someone at sometime might not be getting a questioned answered that they desperately needed. After all there isn't a person in world who has "all the answers", so now my status is not hidden, I share when I can, don't sweat if I don't have "the correct answer" because either way I'll learn something in the end, and I just might be helping someone who needs it.
james750 Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 he's not hiding, he's stealthily sneaking up on his next victim. :D Chuck Norris doesn't need to sneak up, he knows that there will be an @$$ kicking either way.
glundblad Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 I couldnt disagree more. Chuck Norris is a puss AND he owes me money.
