Man, that rad sticks out like crazy. How come you didnt have some kind of custom 3 row, all aluminum one built? Actually i think they sell ready made radiators that are capable of cooling the LS1, don't they? Novak maybe?  For all the money you are putting into this build i wouldnt think that would have been to far of a stretch would it?

He didn't install that - the previous owner did.  It's just a ZJ radiator stuffed in there, but it doesn't look like it was done correctly.  I have a 5.9L stuffed into one of my MJs and I mocked the radiator up in such a way that only about 4-6" of it sticks out from the bottom of the front grille.

 

Also that Novak radiator, although very nice, is more like $720 after shipping.

It was done correctly it looks low without a bumper and it cools very well. It will not be an issue once i complete the bumper

It shouldn't need to hang down that low.  Wish I had a picture of the ZJ rad mocked up in my MJ, but I remember there being a 4-6" overhang past the front header panel.
