No AC, coil is split loom unless your referring to something else.

I run mine about 1.25 inches (32mm) with a sealed overflow. Coolant at that point is above all plumbing.

Need to see pictures to determine if its fixable or considered totaled off. That low mileage would be considered a keeper if the damage was not too bad.

You can run the Mac's tank as a closed system, just plug the overflow.

Found the answer: Harder to adjust. Tested to fit factory Cherokee XJ AW4, AX15 NV3500, NP231, and NP242 combos. Has been used on BA10 transfer cases, but can be harder to adjust.

Seems like nobody mentions the BA 10/5, not even the instructions. Does anyone know if it works?

Rear MJ shocks are different than XJ.

I am replacing a 10/5 rear mount original with a crown replacement and noticed that the original has a center pin that appears to be welded or pressed in. The crown has the holes but no pin. Is that pin important and how to remove it if I need to transfer it to the new part. New part installed fits and works like a charm. Old mounts rubber was very spongy causing a bit of drive train flutter.

Didn't they come standard on the Eliminator. I have ROLs on my 88 and they work well.

The 231 drain plug is 12mm/12point. This is according to my transfer case.

10mm...use a small ratcheting box end for best results.

Those block heaters loosen up over time and need to be retightened. Just look for the coolant crust forming around the perimeter. I usually do that at every coolant change and use a little plumbers grease on the O ring. Use a Volvo cap (NAPA p/n 703-1396) on your Dorman bottle or the original French Cap (Lyon France Renault spec) if you still have it. Eventually you will probably go to the Macs aluminum can, and with that you can run open or closed. I prefer closed as it runs a little cooler and its a Euro thing.

My original bottle (French) lasted 20 years, replaced with a Dorman... lasted 5 years and cracked. Now running a Macs aluminum going on 8 years and all OK on a closed system.

My 88 eliminator came standard with buckets, standard eliminator trim and 2 wheel drive only.

Thanks for the info, I pushed up and pulled on one side and it released from its plastic clip and the other side followed.

Well I am trying to remove the upper cover on the seatbelt B pillar to expose the torx bolt and don't want to break the old AMC plastic cover. It has no center button like the Chrysler ones. Any advice would be appreciated.
