Image Not Found here is a picture of my exhaust after it was welded. cracks were at the bottom. welded them up. then bar stock was welded across the the six pipes. my mechanic has fixed many, never a return. :D [/img] we made a plate of 1/4 in, flat stock, drilled and tapped holes to bolt the manifold down, then welded her up.

i have a 88mj with the i6. when i did my conversion, there wasn't a electric fan. i'm still thinking about which way to convert it. one fan, two fans, with removing the mechanical fan and the extra pulley crap. the conversion from closed to open or open to closed wasn't hard. i bought a new 91+ radiator. i have the old top radiator hose. would like to shorten it. any ideas along with autozone part #? engine bay looks a lot better. worth the effort just for that. good luck

Image Not Found the person who installed these did did the easy way. notice it hanging below the frame. notice the otherside has no bolts. should of had bolt in each corner. [/img]Image Not FoundImage Not FoundImage Not Found here you see the only two bolts. these are self tappers Image Not Found i have drilled out the holes. the left bottom hole is just the hole. the right bottom hole is with the jack insert installed. the top right is with it tapped [/img]Image Not Found picture off the inserts, tap bolts etc. Image Not Found finished. it took eight hours. four bolts per bracket, four brackets. i had to use four different drill sizes. it is above the bottom of the frame now, where it should be. the two holes are were it was mounted before. so the first time i brush a rock it won't fall off. pic out of place :headpop: :D

in oregon they can give you a ticket and require flaps if your vehicle is too high? they seem to target certain people? though, like me. the flap must be just below the center line of the rim and tire. if you give them any crap, then you go for the fuuuuul inspection. i know this! i fought the ticket and cop for 9 months. guess what--------- i lost. judge fined me $90.00, and it was fixed. they can ---------- the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :D

had that issue today after firing up my truck after a spell. the switch that touches the brake petal was moving back and forth on its holder . so i zip tied it to it holder. no more problem, unless i can think of a better way, or have some time to mess with it it stays that way :USAflag: .
