  1. thanks guys. ...I'm actually just going out to dinner with a couple friends of mine (who happen to be girls :brows: ) and probably won't drink much, if anything.
  2. VERY clean! how did you like the wiring? ...her'es my pile of wires :P and current engine bay (few more things to change...) what did you do about the VATS system (blue wire pin 55 on the ECU)...you need a bypass module for it (bought mine from bakerelectronix, but you can make one with a couple diodes and such)
  3. this is a free site (idk how it works) which means you can't upload pics to it. you need a hosting site. I suggest photobucket.com it's free, and unlimited uploads. just register, and upload from your computer. then, once uploaded, click the IMG code line under the picture, then paste it in here...remember to press enter after every code paste. not too big of a deal to do.
  4. good motor. i'm holding out for a new 3800s/c for my next motor...that, with an ax15 would make it very impressive in my truck (I can't keep AX5's together behind the 3800...but i drive with a heavy foot) I'd like to see pics...if you can't post them, maybe email them to me at snow_freak20@hotmail.com and i can post them.
  5. ford! j/k man. welcome here. care to post up pics? ...I did the next step up with the 3800 camaro v6 (a bit more involved) but wouldn't mind doing a 3.4 swap at some point. did you keep the EFI, or go to carb?
  6. who said anything about minis? confused here
  7. what was the point of putting 3 center bolts in the spring perches? you haven't got adjustability anyways since you didn't put stretched (oval) holes for the ubolts, or drill extra holes for them... nice job on everything else. a bit of constructive well, not criticism but ideas... the longarm mounts, don't have a big enough footprint on the unibody "frame rails" IMHO...two bolts is not enough. did you sleeve the holes? I'd perhaps plate the frame in that section, then bolt everything together... good job so far though.
  8. true enough, but now i don't have the parts hookups. i also don't have the deal for the j4k anymore :( oh well.
  9. lol. truck got crushed on monday morning. yes, I've killed another MJ. it was so far gone underneath, that when i chopped the top, it started to buckle in half. i couldn't open the doors by the time it was done.
  10. selling them off. he wants $10000 for that nice red jeepster he's got. he didn't know where he was going at the point that I spoke with him today.
  11. nope. i'm in whitewater, and work here at 10:45am sadly. just talked to my bro. he said they don't have much. also said they're not "closing" but downsizing and moving to elkhorn or something, because lynch has other plans for that building (selling it or something). stupid development. oh, I did get 4.5" MJ rear shocks tho...soo i could lift mine to 4.5" any time i felt like it now (I already have everything else for that....)
  12. lol. ok. i lifeguard from 10:45-5:30pm. so i can go have a few after that...but i gotta head guard friday from 10:45 to 8:30 on thursday, and teach some 40 year old yahoo to swim on froday AM at 10:00am. stupidness ah well. $$$$.
  13. lift parts (some), shocks, bumpers, wheels, tires, rims. OEM parts, etc.
  14. hi-lift handle :D
  15. yea. kevin only just found out on friday. they gave the dealership 3 days to close down. that's rediculous...the man was almost crying, he's poured ALOT into that place. go there before noon and get everything at cost.
  16. tomorrow is my 21st birthday. unfortunately, my local jeep dealer closes it's doors for good at 12pm tomorrow. sad day. it's one of the few jeep dealers left that was ran by a non-chrysler dealership. now, the lynch chevrolet has decided to end it, cause it's not productive enough. :(
  17. that's my brother's "tool bar" that he built. it has a hilift mount, clevis mount, clevis-hook mount, military shovel mount, gerry can mounts, spare tire carrier, and toolbox under the spare tire carrier. Image Not Found Image Not Found it uses an xj hood latch and cable, and an xj rear hatch prop to open the door. kinda a nice setup IIRC.
  18. my brother and i are VERY seriously considering it. that, or a chop-top xj.
  19. too bad you're not closer to me...I have 2 longbed ones, and one shortbed one and am supposed to go pick up another shortbed one. I'd GIVE mine away (any $$$ would be appreciated of course)
  20. bahaha. yea, i cut the $#!& outta that truck...and broke/bent many sawzall blades (well, two)
  21. them are probably spinners.
