mounted my steel of a lumber rack, after i got it cleaned up and refinished. added 1.5" spacers to my front end to level her out, then a quicky home alignment. trimmed the rear fenders, fold under style, been puting it off cause theres no going back but I'm glad its done. broke down a set of explorer leaf packs. cut the eyes off the main to fix the axle wrap in the '90, the rest will go into the '87 for load. man is my back stiff

the empty lite comes on when theres around 2 gal. left in the tank... so only 2 gal. of sludge in your tank, if you clean it out don't be surprised if it starts leaking...

Looking for driveshaft lengths of stock trucks
akamcbird replied to Pete M's topic in MJ Tech: DIY Projects and Write-Ups
swb,_4.0,____aw4,__________np231,___d44= 41.25"__d35= 42.35" I'm pretty sure the 231 & 242 are the same length use a ds of 42.25, with the d35 it will be about an inch short (due to lift) but will still work if your not crazy with the off roadn. wen you switch to the 8.25 rear the inch problem will be fixed by the 1 inch longer snout u joint... not sure but i think theyr the same :hmm: -
