  1. if that doesnt fix it add 1 can of compression to your oil, that outta help lube the piston return springs which may help the issue

  3. Transfer case goes in and outta 4WD just fine but the "part time" light is always on....wheres the connector or anything for that?....thanks

  5. A Worn out coupling in the front Driveshaft can cause vibration as well....along with a squeaking from the front wheels

  8. Did you have the TPS off by any chance?
  9. My 88 has 173xxx on it but had a new motor swapped in at 140774
  10. slight TPS adjustment and a new O2 sensor......all is good now! :D
  11. Ok after alittle research the signs now point to the EGR.....ill dig into it at work later today

My Truck has begun to act up again, i don't have enough time to type a report at the moment but I'm pretty sure its a TPS problem again, i had the thorttle body apart and cleaned it this weekend.....for now though what are some tell tale signs of a TPS issue? Truck is an 88 4.0 Automatic Thanks

  14. So is it likely the Factory axle under my 88 is a Dana 35??? I'm looking at getting a new cover b/c the fill/inspection plug in mine is seized and its an excuse 2 upgrade

  19. Stay away from the 6.7.......So far theyve been nothing but trouble in my Dealership, 2 much Emissions crap happening
  20. Ok.....i just think its an issue with wires near the taillights and around the rear bumper.....somethings shorting out and it just occured today, ill see what i can find tomarrow...thanks
  21. Ok....but what about wires in general.....just having the wire coated in ice and being froze to a ground, would that cause it as well?

Brake Lights were operating fine all day, theres been snow on the ground the past 2 days and just tonight ive started blowing fuses for my Hazard/Stop lamps.....i noticed alot of ice buildup around the wires for my taillights.......I'm keepin the MJ in the garage tonight to let it thaw a bit and hopefully tomarrow i can find the problem but is the frozen wires a possible cause?....thanks
  23. 1st Vehicle was my current MJ, been driving it since i was 16 and 1st got my license, Ill be 21 in February and still love jumping in the Truck everyday 8)
