  1. What housings were you thinking? I had a set and itdidnt matter what bulbs were in them, you couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of you. I don't recommend it at all! Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  2. Probably not anymore. I started messing with taillight armor but there's too many curves to make them look good. Only thing so far is the bed side and quarter panel armor Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  3. Stupid cold weather! I guess the good cold starts were just a tease... Drove about a mile and it died and wouldn't start back up my dad opened the fuel filter drain and nothing came out. We're guessing the fuel gelled up. It idled for about an hour before I took off down the road. Never had any problems last year and rarely remembered to put winter additive in. I hadn't at all this winter yet. So for now, the MJ is still on the trailer, waiting for a warmer day. Which might not be for a while! Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  4. For simplicity, jerry can. Even though rotopax is just put the can on and turn the lock. But the amount of money to put it all together. And the customer and I are new to rotopax and are juat looking for our options of mounting and functions. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  5. Little rough in the 2nd video. Not bad though Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  6. [/url] Block heater is plugged in in both videos. First was after sitting overnight at about 20* 2nd is after sitting about 10 days at 15*. Struggled a little in the 2nd one
  7. Ya, 4 gallons in the same space a 5 gallon jerry can takes up. And $80-$100 for a set up compared to a $15 jerry can... but I think rotopax look cleaner. Gonna do a combo of these two set ups I think. The offset wheel carrier with the 2 deep double tall cans Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  8. Anybody use rotopax or fuelpax containers? Looking at using some on a swing out tire carrier I'm getting ready to build. There's about a million ways to set them up and mount em but I'm sure there's more I haven't seen yet. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  9. They look juat like the swb sliders. Look in the diy write up section at crumbscomanche's write up of his install on the lwb set Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  10. Guess it wasn't on this thread that I said it,... since the first set, Bo's, they've been adjusted to follow the body. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  11. Not yet. That's the next step in a couple months. Got an xj set to prototype in spring. Are these 2x3? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  12. Those humps make it impossible for a snug fit against it. It should go on the outside. That's why I like my sliders, can be adjusted on the pinch seam Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  13. I think the pinch seam strip is supposed to go on the outside of the pinch seam... looks like it's inside in the 3rd pic. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  14. Could be made easily. Bolt, but, washer and a welder. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  15. Shelbyluvvs don't follow the body like every set since his do he designed his for his truck then the next person didn't like how they fit so I adjusted them to follow the rockers. His are also 4" main tube instead of the current 3". Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  16. There should only be one way they go on the front and rear legs are 3" different so you almost can't put them on the wrong side. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  17. Update on the cj tire carrier. Spindle welded in and lock figured out next is the tire and Jerry can holder then the cooler rack. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  18. If it's just the pinch seam attachment points, you could probably just cut them and move them. What did jcr say? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  19. Do you have pictures? I don't know how jcr's fit I only know how mine fit, but maybe I can help figure it out Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  20. Been trying to upload videos of cold starts but says they're all too big...
  21. I guess I've seen this a long time ago. I've been following it on his Instagram but didn't notice til juat now. I thought it was a homemade set up. Looks good Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  22. Makes sense. Simple design. I like it. Hope it's not expensive. Could he made at home if someone was that set on it. Looks very well thought out Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  23. Looks like that guy had to do a lot of work. Maybe he was juat picky or his jeep was a little off. I didn't read the whole thing, just pictures. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  24. No, it's all judged if 2 people post Santa's, the most creative wins There hasn't really been enough pictures posted to worry about it anyways... Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
