  1. Yep...if you change the location that it is hosted you must repost it with the new URL even though it is still hosted with the same service.
  2. Yep...the site is set up with an "administrative" email address and all correspondence from the site "appears" to come from Pete...even to himself :chillin:
  3. Yep...you and us both. Now it just needs to turn a little more South and miss the US completely :D .
  4. MAN...what happened to the Raiders last night? I went to bed and they were looking OK, but I guess it fell apart. I only saw the first quarter though and that doesn't usually tell much of a story. The game didn't start until 10:30PM here...
  5. I had a similar problem after buying my truck and it had been sitting for over a year. It turned out to be the turn signal sockets needing to be replaced in the front.
  6. It shouldn't if you are talking about the spray on stuff, but no one can tell you for sure. If I remember right, we did use that copper spray on head gaskets back in the day when I was a tech in the '80's.
  7. I don't know if the dealership can even get the brake lines??? Paging Dr. Taz........ No...they have been discontinued...sorry. It is not hard to make your own though, just be sure you get the correct tubing bender and it will be a pretty simple job.

    Would you???

Exactly...there are still a lot of options for the 401 available too. Check out BullTear for some help on AMC V-8 stuff.

    #%$@&$$@

Eagle is right...in a lot of states, they cannot total your vehicle if the other driver is at fault. When my wife got hit in out MJ by the 15 year old kid, it damaged the left fender, destroyed the door and damaged the bedside. The insurance company replaced the door, repaired all the other damage and painted the entire driver side and never tried to pull the "total" thing on us. Don't roll over for them if they try to tell you it's a total...know your rights, check your laws and fight if you can.
  10. Excellent...glad to hear it. Put the vacuum stuff on eBay...someone will buy it ;) .
  11. Nice find :D What are the project plans other than getting the broken things fixed?
  12. Tell him to go home and find a real truck...
  13. Things are looking better for LA... 8)
  14. Careful now...we'll call Steely out on ya' ... :brows: You too can feel the sting... :laughin:
  15. Living in FL...I am kind of cut off. I am watching the game on the little green screen on the computer while listening to it through the NFL Field Pass radio announcers today. Thanks for the compliment on the site
  16. Check out My Steeler Page . I just got done setting it up, but will continue to add to it. :D
  17. We are off & runnin' ...
  18. At the dealership, we carry a quick disonnect repair package for the fuel line connections. I looked on NAPA's site, but did not come up with anything there. This is what it looks like... (part# 83502745)
  19. NAPA sells them... CLICK HERE The orings are the same for both ends of the injectors
  20. X2 ... IMO...at least one for the rear for that type of wheelin'. Looked like ya'll had a little fun anyway
  21. Camera cable... :dunno: ... I thought everyone had computers with card readers by now... "Sounds" good Pete. I'll be curious to see how you like the MX6's. I have always run the ES9000's, but was affraid that the MX6 was going to be too stiff even on the lowest setting.

    Would you???

 WOW... Only 23,000 original miles on it too. I would agree that it is a good deal. :D
  23. Could you elaborate alittle more on this please...? Like CW said above...the vacuum source for the CAD is on the right side firewall so just locate that and cap it off. I only pluggegd the switch ports on the t-case to keep junk from getting in them, but you are right...it really doesn't matter on that
  24. I just removed the connector from the vacuum switch on the t-case and capped the nipples on the switch with those little rubber vacuum caps that you can get at most any auto parts store. You also have to be sure and plug the vacuum source for the system. Locking the front shafts together is the same thing as having a later model Jeep that they did away with the disconnect on. They have a one piece shaft in them now so there is no reason that you can't just slide the connector over and shim it in place with some washers...plug off the vacuum stuff and forget about it. ;)
