This is incorrect. I believe your are confusing your terms. Caster and pinion angle are adjusted by the control arms, but caster is completely unrelated to camber. Camber angle can be visualized as the tilt of the top of the tire to the bottom when looking from the front of the vehicle. Caster angle can be visualized as the tilt of the rotational axis of the tire when viewed from the side of the vehicle. There is no camber adjustment on our vehicles. Willy Not incorrect. When you change the Caster...Camber changes with it. Camber is adjusted by changing caster on a solid axle vehicle. Caster & pinion angle are the same thing. When you adjust a control arm or add shims to it for alignment, you are changing the caster/pinion angle and when you change that...the camber changes as well. You cannot adjust caster without changing the camber unless you remove and reposition the knuckles on the tubes. I have done this many times now and have learned the hard way that a very small caster change can have devastating results on expensive tires because of the change in camber that results  . I dropped my pinion/caster by 2 degrees and completely destroyed the outer half of my nearly new 35" Xterrains in 3 months  .

They weigh about 40 lbs each. I have shipped MJ seats as well as had some shipped to me within the last 3-4 months.

Camber is adjusted by changing the castor/pinion angle. I can see that it is 2WD, but the process is still the same. It requires either adjustable control arms or shims that are used at the frame connection of the control arms. Anyone that knows what they are doing when aligning a lifted truck should be able to get you fixed up in a fairly short time.

That's what we're hoping for... I went with this one...

Awesome... :D Keep us posted on that. My wife & I love old Mustangs too...actually we like a lot of old muscle, but Mustangs and Cudas are on top of the list.

I have been very happy with my Fuji FinePix S700 so far. It has a fully automatic mode, but also has a lot of user adjustable options if you care to learn them. I got it because it was in my price range at the time and I wanted the added adjustability to get shots the the auto mode just won't do like this...

You beat me to it. I was going to say the same thing... Guess a "Jeep Shop" should do a little more research...huh? ;)

I loved to hunt when I lived in PA, but I have not hunted since I left there in 1985. We hunted Deer, Rabbits, several different birds, squirrels, Bear and every now & then we would go after the ground hogs for sport. Down here in FL they hunt Deer with dogs  ...that's not sport. The Deer here are not a lot bigger than a good size dog anyway.

Get a generator. I have never been more pleased with a $700 purchase than our generator as it is a godsend in an extended power outage. It won't run the AC, but it keeps the lights on, the fans running, the refrigerator cold (BL Lime ;) ) etc, etc...

The best advice would be to those in the expected landfall area to get the hell out. Don't be like all the fools that stayed in the way of Katrina and then cried about how bad off they were after getting slammed  . A Cat. 1 or a "weak 2" is not bad to ride out in a solid structure, but anything more than that you should just secure what you can and leave.

Agreed...the drop-ins cause more damage than anything. Spray liner is the way to go. I know there are much less expensive DIY options, but there is just no way that any of them are going to be as good, protect as well or last as long as Line-X, Rhino, Hot-Spray etc, etc...

That's what I was thinking too...

Yeah...they thought they would fix up a "get rich" scam, but now they are going to lose their asses  :laughin:

But that is going to offend the holy order of the oil gazillionairs, and they will hire hitcats to slash your child Peanut! My legal staff will have to ponder that angle and we'll get back to you on that... :typing:

I will have my people get with their people to begin gathering the needed information for implimentation of a structured, workable plan. It is important that we keep a positive attitude and support each other as a nation with forward thinking in order to effect the necessary change that this country is in dire need of :USAflag: . ( how is my double talk so far? ) :D

Ok, I'm intrigued. So what precisely is your plan for getting my 88 up to 15 mpg? :brows: And are you willing to bump that timeline up to, say, next year? :rotfl2: I'm just the politician...it's my job to say these things and the grunts in the offices with no windows must figure out how to make it happen

Have you contacted (or tried to) him since you ordered. It is not normal for it to take that long, but things happen. Let me know and I will try to call him if needed  . If you need my help, please PM me your order info... Real name, address etc, etc... that you used on the order.

Agreed...I don't see that it would be aproblem for you application. Looking at mine with the 3.5" RE lift & 31's, I could put 32's under it, but would not want to do much flex wheelin'.

All great advise here from my experience so I have nothing much to add other than the reinforcement of DON'T get used gears if you do a swap. As Eagle said...they will likely be noisy and are much more inclined to fail in a much shorter time.

Your dating your self man.. :D I'll buy a A beer for the first CC member who know who said that!! :brows: (You don't count Eagle!!) CW Herbert Hoover...1928 Presidential Campaign.

It's time for change I say... (I guess that one has been taken, but anyway...) -"Don't fruit the Beer" shall be stricken from Man Law -Federally funded Jeep Addiction Centers will be opended across the country. They will be staffed with professionals to help you understand your addiction and how to properly apply the Federal Grant money to build the most effective rig for your intended use :brows: . -Our counrty's borders shall be lined with large rocks and patrolled by rock crawlin' Rednecks in well built Jeeps to keep out the unwanteds. -All Jeep vehicles shall be brought to a fuel efficient standard of 15 MPG by the year 2050. I'm still working on the rest... ;) :chillin:
