THIS may be helpful too for finding good meeting areas

Make sure you guys put in your location on the map: http://comancheclub.com/topic/44501-members-map/ Be as specific as possible, pin in the same city with no more specific location stack and you can't see them all at once. you can click on the map to select location if you don't want to put your address in.

I added a few people who gave their city in the other thread so make sure you aren't already on the map before you add it. To get the cc picture on there right click your picture and copy the image url, once you add your pin to the map click your name and then go over to the media tab of the entry and paste the link in the url box. I'm thinking it should be dynamic to the cc profile picture since is linked to the site.

If we had a map showing where everyone was located it would be easier to organize groups to meet. sort of like one of those corkboard maps with pushpins representing each member. Like this guy: Comanche Club Members Map (Google Maps), click additional add marker simple to add yourself.

The door checks on my DD don't work and I got my arm slammed in it the other day. I know I can get some from the JY from any xj but how do you actually change them out? Whenever I have removed doors i just pull the pin out but that is not really the whole removal... Seems like a PITA but worth it for my DD. Anyone got a guide or a quick rundown? Thanks.

great, i just replaced that on my dd. at least i know how to do it!

in my haste to get my project truck put back together last weekend i managed to put the damn battery in backwards for a few seconds... simply the dumbest thing i have done in a while. now i have an intermittent no crank/start issue. i am sure i screwed the pooch in more than one way with this idiotic mistake can you guys tell me all the stuff I'm going to have to repair/replace to get this fixed? i have gotten it running for a few minutes but like i said sometimes it won't respond to the key at all. any suggestions?

you guys were exactly right! The brown wire had melted the connector. Replaced the switch and the plastic part of the connector and the brown wire's terminal. Put it back together and wa-lah! Everything is as it should be =)
