  3. Rob you are a freak. Love it just love it.
  4. Thanks for posting the pics, whats the idear of of using the wheel spacers ? Do they give you identical wheel track front & rear ? My problem is " by law " the tyres carnt stick out past the gaurds or flears I will run 16x8 rims for big brakes & 32" tyre, the tyres won't be as wide as yours. Have been toying with the idear of adding a inch or so to the factory flears ( post update ). as i can go only so wide with tyres " by law " so no bushwackers + i want to keep the factory look You have a great looking truck dude
  5. Thanks for the tail light pics, i posted that last reply as you posted the pics. A pic or two of the tail lights from the side would be good. Great looking truck, but i would have left the roof racks in the shed.
  6. Awsome info Thanks, I have me hart set on a HP D44 and there is a bolt in one out there. Now the trick is going to be putting my hands on it
  7. Thanks Warrior, The Rubicon you ref to is that a TJ, i don't think the TJ in Oz came with front D44 i Know they are in the rear. Also JK has a front D44 but its to wide. So if I'm going to the trouble of shorting a D44 housing, it would be best to use a F truck HP D44 with full floating front hubs. Whats ya thoughts, i love input
  8. Hey dudes a little of topic, but is there a HP D44 (front) correct width that is a direct bolt in for the MJ Thanks in advance for any replys
  9. X2 on the tail light pics please, nice truck dude

  11. Any other pics of the tail lights ?
  12. Would love to see some pics of the rear tail lights, can anyone help please
  13. Nice lookin truck dude and welcome
  14. Hey Jim where's the pics of this fine rig all cleaned up. And you do realise this new rig has killed the 6-71 Detroit thread i was enjoying that one. By the way do ya reckon a MJ would have pulled one of those suckers home, very light in the steering i would say.
  15. Love the cheese cutters on the VW buggy
  16. Nice work, did you think about useing roller rockers
  17. Looking good Rob, why would you not spray the POR-15 on ?

    Detroit 6-71

Would love to see that, that would be one large heavy hunk of Detroit to stick in such a small space on unibody chassis. A least it would,nt rust, them things were built to leak oil
  22. PROUD to be a TASMANIA
  23. Pics are well deserved, Excellent build, you would be like a dog with two dicks drivin down the road in that sweeet ride  Do you tires stick out past you flares, a bit hard to tell in the pics, if so how much by?
  24. Yer Rymanph do it, i,ll be wathching with great interset. You can iron the kinks out so i know what to do. i have my GM 5.7 in car. I brougth the motor this way to get all accisiories ( car,nt spell real well !! ) Once the MJ done and dusted was planning on a GM 5.7 for the XJ, so priced a crate motor $5500.00 for the MJ as i have all accessories. But now you got me thinking, i,m to far down the track on the MJ GM 5.7. But 5.7 Hemi in XJ Huummm maybe dose the hemi have the chevy bell housing bolt pattern ?
