  1. Sweet truck, and the tent's pretty kewl too. 8)
  2. WHAT??? You mean Steve Irwin died?? No way! That sucks. Here's to him. 8)
  3. Just curious, how long is the Dakota line? 8)
  4. I haven't gotten that far yet, but I think I'm just gonna make a drop bracket and just lower the factory one. When I get to that point I'll know for sure. 8)
  5. Ok, I have a question. What about leaving everything alone (going with the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" theory) and swapping out axles to full width and rear disc's? The rear proportioning valve was designed for drum brakes right? I know some of you guys on here have switched to rear disc, so what did you do? Just leave it alone or take it out? I'll also be running a Ford 1 ton master cylinder, at least that's what I was told to run. Just let me know what you guys think. Thanks, Shawn. 8)
  6. The guys I used to work with thought I was crazy for cutting my fenders on my last MJ. All I did was cut the rust out, I'd to see their reaction to that MJ. Still a sweet looking rig, and the TJ too. 8)
  7. Yay, it worked. 8)
  8. I agree, if it's just a trail rig save a few bucks and just do it yourself. But for a daily driver I'd want it done right. 8)
  9. I tried to google it and every link I clicked was a dead end. 8)
  10. Yeah, I guess that'd do it. 8)
  11. Well that just sucks. I wonder what made them decide to kill it? 8)
  12. That's kewl. If you get a chance and find your notes I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Shawn. 8)
  13. Dude, you really need to switch to decaf. 8)
  14. Don't know about the accesory, but I think it's just an MJ thing for the dome lights to not work. I've owned 2 and neither one had working dome lights. Sorry I wasn't more help. 8)
  15. Never mind, I figured it out. I compared pics side by side and it's the way my exhaust manifolds are made that raised mine up. :headpop: 8)
  16. Wow, that thing sits in there pretty good! Did you put it in or was it already there when you got it? When I put my 360 in I either didn't lower it enough or it's taller than a 350 because I can't even close the hood. Just out of curiousity, what's the application for the top radiator hose? I'm having a hard time finding one to fit my truck now. Also, what's the price on a custom made radiator? I'd love an all aluminum raditor for my MJ. 8)
  17. So did anyone go and enjoy it? I know a guy from another board that went and he said it sucked, it was mostly just pretty street trucks. 8)
  18. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, so I grew up not only in a Jeep but in a Jeep with a plow. First a 77 CJ-5 and then an 87 Comanche. The Comanche did ok for being so light in the rear and A/T tires. I kinda miss staying up for 2-3 days straight plowing snow, it was alot of fun. 8)
  19. Wow! Congrats on the great find! 8)
  20. I've never heard of a clutch pedal breaking, but I guess there's always a first time for everything. 8)
  21. Ragdoll is a breed? Sorry, I don't know cat breeds. Sounds interesting though. 8)
  22. Yup, that should do it. 8)
  23. Now that's a sad day, Jeep parts permanently gone. 8)
  24. That there's just funny, I don't care who ya are. :rotf: 8)
