I bought AC leak stop, 1 can of cheapest R134a, and a kit with 2 cans and a gauge. the kit also had UV dye and a UV light in it. looks like there is a leak around the dryer so far.. it started raining again so i was not able to look for very long. thankfully most of the staff there will mark it down 10-15% for me. -
MJ 12 hr road trip.

Are you expecting trouble with the marijuana or cocaine cartels, mafioso, swamp men?. Sorry, but pretty much any real bad @$$ criminal that comes at you is going to be better armed and much more determined to "getcha". So, are you prepared to stab, slice, hack or shoot someone because they're messing with your tool box...I didn't think so! You have a much better chance of hitting a deer or getting creamed by a Casino Tour Bus gone crazy. Relax. Just enjoy your road trip and carry a AAA card with you. If they do "getcha", disregard this post. :agree: -
where are some common spots our A/C system leaks? I thought i had a small leak because when i replaced my A/C compressor it took about 2 months to leak out. today because of the weather I wanted my defrost to work properly (to dry the air) i bought $100 worth of 134a coolant with a gauge because i lost my old one... It all leaked out in 20 min. :fs1: one of the cans had a UV dye in it and i plan to use that to find the leak tonight, but because of all the rain i don't know how long till it gets washed off. thanks

well then a few cans of gas wouldn't hurt. I have a K-Bar in the cab between the console and my seat, fits great. also have a Tire iron, folding shovel, and a machete in the tool box. I also have 2 pocket knives on me at all times (both Gerber brand) just handy to have... My glass Coca-Cola mug i have behind the seat is pretty hefty it could be used as a weapon and not break! lol -
this morning i filled my ac for the first time in months, i knew i had a leak because it only lasted about 2 months, this time the $100 of 134a only lasted 20 min :headpop:.. looks like more than a just little leak... also my cluster died thankfully it was just a fuse. and because of the events this morning i was late for work.. great way to start the day right...

last weekend i replaced the old BB with one from a newer XJ/WJ works a lot better! :D also bought some 31 inch tires from tirerack.com can't wait to get them! -
its not hard to replace the master clutch Cyl. just one bolt on the petal, two on the fire wall, and a flare nut on the MC. replacement will cost $20 - $40. after the swap bleed the line and done. shouldn't take longer than an hour

bought a set of 31x10.5R15 General Grabber AT 2 from tirerack.com for a total of 650.98 :D dad is going to but my year old tires for 200 bucks for his jeep

I have DSL through Century Link where i Live and have 12 MBps. i would at least get the 12 MBps, because it can get bogged down to 3 MBps with heavy use. my grandmother has 3MBps it sucks for everything. But if mediacom would have hooked my house up with cable i would have gotten their 20 MBps plan.

we have the same problem with Comcast here at work. we hate them... there was an appointment for them to come out to fix something on a sunday and they never showed, i called them and the report said that he did show and that i was not here.. my security footage of the parking lot says otherwise and i let them know. according to some the south east region (Alabama) has the worst comcast customer service in the country. if we had another option for our business we would swap to anything other than comcast

Black89Comanche - Dad's First Comanche

last night when dad was on his way home, a truck from the other side of the road with its high beams on passed him on the way home and something hit the truck. dad said that because the guys highs where on he moved towards the edge of the road and heard something hit the front of his jeep just as they passed one another. we also found a good sized rock lodged in the grille. I just finished replacing those freakin parts and they are all damaged again! looks like a trip to the JY is in the works now... the headlight, and everything in the center of the pictures are damaged in one way or another.- 41 replies

check the relays while you are at it.. i forgot i removed one to fix my other car while my MJ was waiting on a new tranny.. any way it would not idle right off i had to give it some gas for a short bit before it would idle. the relay i replaced in the car was broke, it just wore out i guess -

I bought a AT&T LG Thrill 3D 4G phone the other day, it supports well 3D content in 3mp 3D, 720p 3D or 5mp 2D, and 1080p 2D. here are a couple pictures i took with it. it is stereoscopic so you don't need a special display to view the image in 3D just the proper technique... i found it is easier to do with a smaller picture or being farther away from the screen. here is a link to the first google page telling how to view the pic
