  1. I'm on Time Warners standard cable and I just got 5mbps download and .5mbps upload, but this time of night it is usually a little worse. I'm pretty sure that is what I pay for, but during the day when no one is home I'll get better, usually around 8-10 mbps download That's one of the issues with cable is the more people around you that are using it the slower you will go, where with dsl your speed is your speed, it doesn't matter who else is on it around you.
  2. So, my mechanic has finished the 95-Ax15 swap in for me, but it has been a couple of years since he has done one, do I need a 95 MC or is my 88 MC up to the task. TIA

    Bed Swaps

Is it me or does that wheel well look a little to far forward
  4. I financed my house through RD 2 years ago, the one issue I had was that I couldn't look in certain areas because I made to much. But luckily it changed 1 weeks before my closing so I was able to buy the house that I had already put an offer on. I haven't had downsides yet, no PMI, for me, just a ~2500 add on to the loan.
  5. here's a pic of my b pillar speakers from when I replaced them, it's the only one I have online, I'll have to look and see if I have any more
  6. holy carp, I guess my vacuum line leak thought was wrong....Oh and I'm the kinda worker you hate, because I show up for just about anything.. BUt how could he not say anything if gas was pouring on the ground while he tried to fill it!!! :dunce: :fool:
  7. hmm.... so, not knowing enough about coil on plug technology I had to read about it, and I think I found the answer, so I'll bow out for now
  8. that's new enough where it probably doesn't have a cap and rotor, but individual ?coils? right?
  9. Maine you don't need a title, after 10 or 15 years, not entirely sure, but the MJ doesn't need one, even though I picked it up in MA where it is required, all I needed was a bill of sale to register it.
  10. I'll start with a simple one, what did the code say?
  11. IT's funny, my Mj has started to idle at ~2500 sometimes on start up, I was thinking that, does someone have a picture of where the IAC is on a Renix 4.0? Oh, and cleaning it something a simple backyard mechanic can do? TIA Karl
  12. ok, So I read this thread with interest, thinking when I did my ax15 swap I'd do this too, well, now my clutch has gone out on me, I was wondering if anyone knew if the BA10 has the same fittings TIA
  13. They've had that truck up for well over a month now off and on, I agree on the fact that I wouldn't even offer him the stack of 25 for that truck. MAybe 10 if I was in a generous mood, but it's probably worth even less then that.
  14. I know you say you've already checked fuses, but did you check the transmission fuse, it should be slot #13, I lost reverse lights in my 88 when that fuse went.
  15. stupid question, but how long has it been since you changed the fuel filter
  16. I'm not sure about jeep, but I know the one in my father's old escort didn't just go on according to RPM, it is based off of that, but it also took in to account %throttle applied, maybe a few other variables, I don't think it's possible to reprogram them. To follow up, I have had mine come on while I have been in 5th gear :ack:
  17. Well, 4 seems the right choice now, I lost all pressure in the clutch this morning, thankfully only a mile from the house, another thing to figure out...
  18. Hoping for 2, Running now as 3/ back-up vehicle, and 4 as well, it seems like there is always something to fix/improve on it.
  19. That's weird, my fiance live in Huntington while going to school, and she only had the power flicker once or twice, no other problems To all the VT folks, good luck, I hope it wasn't bad for you. Where I live it wasn't bad, had to work it, but when I got home this morning, just a small downed sapling, and I had to reset all my clocks
  20. damm, 2k, is that made of gold??
  21. I believe 3, the short bed only got an 18.5 while the long bed had a choice of 16 or 23.5, all in gallons oh, and I've gotten 280 ish out of my short bed 4.0/BA-5, but I think I only put ~15 gallons in it then.
  22. bad socket in the left front, you should be able to pick up a new one at any auto store.
  23. ok, well, you have me stumped, but if it helps, I'd be willing to send you out the radio that I was using for reference, a '95 tape player that looks exactly like the one you have, with the plug and wires to see if it's a bad radio you have
  24. ok, sorry, yes the antenna should be plugged in to the red arrow.. and I don't think anything should be plugged into the blue hole. I just went back over your wire list, and noticed that you had the black wire listed as both main ground and speaker ground, did you wire it up that way, or did you forget a tracer color?
