Could you just imagine if them were real? Man, and you thought the Bronco II's were short and wicked.

a1a, to shed a lil light on my situation, I have a genetic disorder known as Cystic Fibrosis. It affects my respiratory, digestive, and immune systems, which also has contributed to me being diabetic, and is also why I'm in here as much as I am. My knee is the result of a previous injury in HS, where I dislocated my kneecap in football, combined with when I slipped on the ice on the 31st of last month. So, yea, I've had a rough life, and will continue to live it as such. When I was 6 years old, I was told I wouldn't live to see my 18th birthday; when I turned 20, I switched docs. I'm now 26, and will be 27 in the end of July, so I'd have to say I've been blessed so far. EDIT: I forgot to add that I have my camera with me, so I'll get a few pics of the sights here. No, prolly not the nurses, but I'm right on a river and some of the sights out some of the windows are pretty cool.

IIRC, it was JohnQ that has/had one in his MJ. What I do remember though is that the overhang does in fact create an issue for the screen, causing it not to open fully. One option he was looking into was relocating the stereo lower, like into the slot where either the heater controls, or the vent go. Either one of those would require a bit of modification to work properly though. That's all again, if my remembory is working on par. HTH

Yea man, it's not all that bad here, the 3 hots are most of the time hot, and halfway edible; the cot was replaced many many years ago though, I think you're showing your age again on that one. :D Internet, yep, now if only I knew just how I'm able to post on here, when last time I was in, I wasn't able to. Speaking of that, it doesn't look as though I'm going through an actual browser, more like another site? Anyone have any clue on that one by chance? Back on topic though, sexy nurses... uh, sure, there's a couple of them around, but the others are either old, ugly, or guys, so I'll have to pass on them ones.

HAHA... good thing for finding and taking advantage of loopholes. :D Yep, found another one here, yes, I am in the hospital again, hooked up on IV anti-biotics, and while I'm here they're trying to get me in to see an ortho doc for my knee; kinda a kill 2 birds with one stone deal. I'm not out of the woods yet though, I'll be here for a bare minimum of a week, more than likely longer. Thanks everyone so far for the kind words and thoughts and prayers, it means a lot to me knowing I have a good group of people like you all to call another family. So to everyone of age, have one for me. .

Well, to in a sense hijack my own thread, it's looking like I won't be able to get this done for at the absolute minimum of a week. Woke up with a bad pain in my chest, so I'm going back into the hospital again for some more I.V. anti-biotics. Could be as lil as one week, but more than likely it'll be two weeks I'll be gone. Take care everyone while I'm gone, and as mjeff said, don't burn the place down.

Ah, you're just like me then. Nope, they were nice and clean Brent, no worries there.

Hey Jeff, have fun and be safe. Also, bring back pics to show off; especially if you get one of you in a goofy balloon hat again. :D

What size thread for shift knob?
beaterjeep replied to DansGreyMj's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
My solution was to just go to the local parts store and buy a universal HURST T-handle kit. Had all the different size inserts to fit essentially any shifter; I think it was the blue insert that was used for my AX5. -
Thanks for the quick response JT, I'll give that a try in the morning when it's hopefully NOT raining.

Hit the nail on the head there. The seats even arrived with that "just cleaned" smell to them. :D I was tempted to just wrap them back up to retain that scent, but decided to use them in the living room until I take them down to Jeepco's place, because they're oh so comfortable.

Some of you may remember that a while (about a year or so) ago, I posted that my gas gauge was acting up. Well, it did it again today on the interstate. Seemed the further the speedo needle went to the right, the further the gas needle went to the right, at one point it was almost perfectly flat to the right. I slowed down a lil, and it went back to just under a full tank, odd. I hadn't thought much else of it, til I got off the interstate, and came up to the lights and noticed the needle was way too far right again; gave the top of the dash a good whack, and it went back to just under full again. I'm thinking something's loose somewhere, but don't know what it could be, so I came to ask yet again, what's going on here? Oh, and this is in Baby. '88/2.5/AX5. I need help, as long as it doesn't cost very much, or hopefully nothing at all, as I'm dead broke for the month again.

beaterjeep replied to offroader461's topic in The Pub
It's a Jeep, it's never over, only done for now. -
He is on here, yes. His name is MJ4BTA, if you look through the pub section, you'll find him somewhere in there. Nevermind, I found the two main threads for you. http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/view ... highlight= http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/view ... highlight=

Time for another MJ. :D Sorry, I can't be of much tech help, I'm here for entertainment values. OH, could it possibly be like the TPS? or are they of no issue to this?
-
Glad to see you made it over here. Your cardomain page just don't do that truck justice like them bigger pics do.
-
Meh, looks alright. I'll prolly see it just to say I seen it.
-
Updated mine too.

I like it, a lot. I'd leave an extra few inches at the back though if you plan on retaining the tailgate. I can't remember which thread it was on here, but someone chopped their bed like that, and found it next to impossible to retain the gate because of clearance issues with the frame's crossmember. You may have just sold me on chopping my MJ15's bed shorter. 8)
