  1. I'm been working on my mj slowly but what did i do so far. finished drill mill and retap the C bracket for the the metal wedges and plates. brake upgrade drilled the rod 5/8" for brake switch finish installed.

  3. i just finish installed booster and m/c no problem. but... I have one issue right now... brake switch. the brake light is stay on while plugged connector on the switch. i drilled 5/8 on rod perfect. no end play, seat perfect and tight. is it might be cause from bolt on switch begin too tight? :dunno:
  4. normal, most ball joint seals tend to be worn out but ball joint it self is fine. Important, try test the end play by wiggle your wheel. Same method with wheel bearing. :smart: just keep mainteance on it(grease it). don't put too much. Overdose greasing attratch dirts more. My opinion. edit: if no end play as abnormal, then your ball joints r O.K.
  5. try pressure tester on coolant system and check the leaking again? maybe leak from heater core? do you see any abnormal smokes come out from exhuast while engine running?

  9. uni-bit sound alot easier for me. thanks for help! :wrench: i can't find 5/8 " with small base around me. i can try next time if uni-bit fail. Edit: got uni bit and hopefully it's work when I try it tomorrow :wrench:
  10. x7 mine cranking for like 3 sec. i checked fuel pressure, its still fine and spark fine. so i agree with you guys. its might be renix thingy :roll: I'm still gotta to get used with it compare with my subaru. started fast
  11. i have a issue with 5/8" drill bit, none of my drills r able to adapt this 5/8" even air power drill at my work won't able adapt it. is there any way to get it fit in adapter?
  12. done remove booster and M/c but pause work on it because need vise grip to hold the rod to able drill it with 5/8" drill bit

  17. got ZJ booster yesterday. its exactly same with wj but cheaper price :D right now, I'm at lunch break and waiting for guy to come pick my wegde up and hopefully able drill mill it at his engine rebuild shop :cheers: more projects r finally able to start work this week and weekend! :wrench:
  18. i just came back to home from junkyard. i didnt buy the parts,. they charge me 150 for brake parts so i decide to buy it from autozone for only 120 dollars both booster and m/c brand new and lifetime warranty. even they r bendix ;) i can buy sway bar later. there plenty zjs and xjs in junkyard. edit: done bought booster and m/c for 120ish dollars and fuel filter too. :wrench: booster will be here at july 12 (tuesday) :cheers:

  20. ok thanks man! :cheers: I'm gonna call near by junkyard to see if they have. i know one little far place has plenty zj and xj tho. found a junkyard same one that i got proportioning valve for good price. 65 dollars for booster, mc and front sway bar

  22. Awesome project! I'm think about do those aux fuse panels. Is it easy? Keep it up man and don't give up! Btw awesome 2.5RS! Is it 01? I'm myself a loyal to Subaru and I have 07 2.5i auto with little modification. Soon it gonna handling better than STi... :brows:
  23. i would start with master. the master is one with resvior tank of brake fluid in it. its right next the brake master cylinder on firewall
