  1. Just a couple more weeks! @SoCalManche will be joining in on the fun too. Gonna try to visit a few members along the way. I know @Fernando87mj and I have been talking about meeting up before continuing the last hours of the journey home
  2. You ever have a week where you can't just catch a break and get settled or relaxed? Apparently thats my week this week lol. Washer on the ole Jeep Homestead decided it was time for the motor to go. I even took it apart and cleaned it and still no dice! Then I take a good left turn one day and my RPM's start to suffer. Ok the hell is going on? After two days I was still chasing this issue. Thought it was the TPS. Nope, changed it for good measure though. Turns out the NOS sock in the tank, was poorly made and the sock screen itself came off and was being suctioned on by the pump! What a week. I get the washing machine motor tomorrow so the week is clearing.
  3. That’s a whole collection on its own lol. I saw a VIC20 once at goodwill. Didn’t get it.
  4. Indeed he does! That was the first time I discovered such. The second was at AMC with one of their 85’s.
  5. Indeed I do! 84-early 86 only had a single sprayer smack dab in the middle of the cowl panel.
  6. Super Nintendo, GameCube, Wii U, Switch, Genesis, PS to PS3, Xbox, 360, One...That’s it actually. Quite a lot.
  7. Eh you get what you get. They came with the house. I suspect they went through some BS abuse from the previous people that overloaded the washer. Which would make sense on why the dryer squeals.
  8. And the washing machines motor is spent. I took it apart, cleaned it and lubed it and the motor still hummed and failed so I think it’s done. Gonna go across the street from my work and see what the appliance parts store has
  9. Lol excellent question. I might invest in a clothes line at some point.
  10. Try telling that to the dryer lol.
  11. No problem. They look similar but it’s the way Chrysler changed up how the resistance is read for the HO years. Dumb if you ask me but it is what it is.
  12. Yeah it is. Motor still has issues so I plan to take it back out and go to my parents house where my tools still are and see if I can clean it up and get it to work.
  13. Woah woah woah. The later HO gauges read backwards with the Renix sending unit. So if the HO read damn near a 3/4-full, the Renix might very well be right with a 1/4 tank.

  15. Once there’s no more boxes I’ll snap some pics. I promise. Anyways the washer wasn’t spinning after doing a load. Great...more issues with newer appliances yay. So I went into the washers on board diag mode. Forced the motor to spin through there. Wouldn’t spin. Ok great. So I tilted the machine up. Had my buddy hold so it wouldn’t fall on me while working. So I took the protective belt cover off and spun the tub and motor by hand and it spun freely like it should. So my next thing was to text my dad and he threw some ideas out. So I figured I’d take out the motor(power obviously disconnected) and see what it was doing. Well it still spun freely and I showed my dad and he said a module could be broken. So I cleaned up the connector and threw it back in. Went back into diag mode on the washer, forced it to spin and low and behold! I have a working washer now. Fun stuff. Also my entertainment center is coming along nicely.
  16. Took a bit to convince ya but I think you’ll make a nice running MJ for someone to enjoy.
  17. Let me pull that rear bumper from AMC so you can get rid of the ugly Ford bumper lol.

  19. I would imagine it would come right off of the clear coat is damaged.
  20. Funny you mention the O-ring. I had my former neighbor from across the street at my parents house come take a look at it, gave me a few tips and ideas. I went over to his house today and he gave me some lube for the large O-ring for the pump itself and I put it on and so far so good. I got the clear lid to close more than before so we shall see if that "fixes" it or at least helps it along. My friends dad did the same thing at his old house.
  21. The fun continues!! Last night I decided to go ahead and install the new to me fridge, courtesy of my girlfriend finding the fridge on Facebook for a steal. So I got the fridge in place, hooked up the water hose and gave it a bump to tighten it with some channel locks and *click* comes off the threads to the valve. Now I did the sensible thing and turned off the main water before plunging into this because the valve is one of those valves you’d find behind the toilet and it just wouldn’t shut off. The thing still leaked even when off and I know why, it’s the lowest valve point in the house. Anyways called my dad had him help and I went to Home Depot to get a new valve and pipe and came back with a new valve/box kit that uses the new shark bite clamps and got it all working as it should. Also got the new oven in today too. Woo!
  22. You haven’t over tightened any of the screws have ya? I’ve done that and ruined two gauges. A temp and a full size gas gauge by doing that.
  23. Lol yup! I think first on the list or priority for the pump is to find the air leak cause the pump only seems to run for about 30-45 minutes primed before it gives up and lets the air win.
  24. Oh yeah. My friend and I have been talking about it. But tablets are still down right now. I threw the idea of a 55 gallon drum of Clorox bleach as a possible idea lol.
