I thought I saw someone saying something about the bulbs in the factory switches burning out or something, well I got a fog light switch in the mail today and it looked pretty close to the same idea as the 97+ switches I’ve taken apart to swap guts before. So I took it apart. I’m sure you can take it apart more and I could’ve taken the switch and bezel out as one if I was just getting to the light, but it’s just a bulb with some leads soldered to it. I know for a fact I have LEDs laying around that would fit it well, and I might even have incandescent bulbs somewhere, but I just thought I’d share this little tid bit. i haven't really thought out price yet. I was just trying to gauge interest before spending too much time test fitting and designing different layouts.

So with tax return money coming I think I’m finally going to put a nice exhaust on the truck instead of the hacked together pieces. So here’s some questions. 2.25 or 2.5” pipe, what exhaust manifold, or just go with any eBay special?, and should I leave everything factory location or what? So I have access to a 3D printer, Solidworks, and I have my old clock delete panel. I see people adding things to 91 clocks like the Mercedes temp sensor and stuff. So here’s my question. Would anyone be interested in a slightly customizable switch panel? I plan to make a blank in solid works and then I can cut holes for switches (square, round, or whatever you want), cut a hole for the temp sensors display, or whatever can physically fit in the panel. A little late to the game, but I’ve always had good luck with craftsman’s warranty. The issue is that I’ve broken a lot of their ratchets and a lot of their sockets. Lately I’ve been using a long handle gear wrench ratchet for everything I can and it’s held up to a lot of abuse. On top of the abuse it can take it’s an 84 tooth ratchet which is a lot finer than any craftsman wrench I’ve used. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've noticed every factory switch from this era Comanche/Cherokee seems to be light grey and chalky looking. I was wondering if any of you had found a way other than painting to bring back the darker color of the switch. Thanks in advance!

I was trying to look online for the parts to swap in intermittent wipers on my Comanche, but all of the parts either were listed as tilt column only or didn't list what they fit. I was curious if anyone has added intermittent wipers to a fixed column, if anyone has any part numbers or info on where I can get what parts, and if I can use tilt column parts, but with some small modification or something. Thanks in advance!

I see you swapped in the 3 spoke wheel, what all did you have to grab to do the swap? Also, does your horn work on it? I’ve been wanting to swap a 3 spoke wheel into mine, but want to make sure the horn will work when it’s all said and done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I see you mentioned converting it to RHD. Personally I think it adds to the novelty of it to leave it LHD. Over here in the US I’ve been wanting a RHD Cherokee just because it’s different and I think it would be fun once you get used to getting in on the other side and driving on the other side.
