  1. I keep most of that stuff in my Jeep full time, but I did think about leaving room for parts and such. The jack for the bus is under one of the seats of the dinette for now.
  2. here’s an update, got the dinette in, fridge in, half the flooring done, bed platform at the back, and have cabinets to use for my kitchen area. Once I get the bathroom figured out I’ll have the inside pretty well sorted. Then just the edge trim, painting, plumbing and electrical stuff, but I’m leaving room to run wires and plumbing so I don’t get myself in trouble finishing something out and not being able to get behind it for wire/plumbing.
  3. None yet, hoping to rip it all out in the next couple weeks to start the interior conversion. Gotta sell some parts and obtain some dinero before we get too far in it unless the YouTube stuff absolutely blows up soon.
  4. The Trash Panda is now painted to match its name. I'm really not great at remembering to update here, for more in depth stuff about it follow the build on Instagram @the_green_dumpster and YouTube The Green Dumpster. I'm trying to post more and with more detail on both platforms. Shooting for a dream here of making something on YouTube to help pay some of the cross country trip planned for the bus/Cherokee so please go follow/subscribe/like and tell all your friends/family to do the same so hopefully the dream can come true. That's enough rambling, hope ya'll enjoy!
  5. Is this the color you’re looking for?
  6. well I got one picture right side up, but I got the deck painted, laid some wood down so we don’t have to jump from beam to beam, added rear indoor speakers and some outdoor speakers. Now the right rear turn signal doesn’t work though so that’s unfortunate because there’s tons of wire and fuses and nothing is labeled.
  7. that is the way we came down. Also, it’ll probably be a while before the bus makes it back around that area. I’m planning to leave in December/January so I’ll be hugging the bottom of the country to avoid the snow and cold as much as possible.
  8. I have 2 of them
  9. $3050, bought it on eBay and drove from SC to Maryland to get it and then drove it back same day. Left at 4:30 am and got back at 2 am.
  10. Thanks for doing the flippy do for me. The plan is a white roof, light grey body and keep the black trim. (Hence the trash panda, since my Cherokee is the green dumpster) currently there’s just a couch and a couple bus seats left inside, but I’m trying to make it functional before comfortable. I’d like to have a bed, a little dinette thing that converts to a bed, a kitchenette with a fridge and basic stuff, maybe a shower.
  11. I wanted a way to haul my Cherokee around and figured a bus would work nicely and they’re cheap. So I bought a 39’ international with a dt466 and drove it 500 miles back from Maryland after buying it sight unseen on eBay. Over the weekend my friends and I cut it down and started the bed. By the end of the weekend we had the bed framed out ready for tread plate. Yesterday I started laying the tread plate and will hopefully finish today to take it on a maiden voyage to Gulches Offroad park tomorrow. sorry they’re all upside down, I still haven’t mastered fixing that.
  12. sorry ya’ll are getting more upside down pictures. I can’t ever get them upright. Finished the axle swap. Rear went real easy besides the brake lines and I still need to get the parking brake stuff figured out. The front was a ton of “well this didn’t quite work right so I need to change this and this” I need to make a video going over all of the information of the axles and what complications I ran into, but I still haven’t gotten around to it. If anyone has some questions I’ll gladly answer them.
  13. Made a little video about the full gauge cluster swap mileage “recalibration” for a renix gauge cluster. Not sure if the same applies to the HO or not as I’ve never taken one apart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. well the photos ended up upside down again. Tried to fix them, didn’t work. Oh well. Going to build a Ford/Chevy/Jeep HP44 front and snagged a 2000 Isuzu 44 with 8.9” gear for the rear. thinking maybe I could add tabs where the red mark is off the sides of the cage and mount to the top of the leaf spring like this with some kind of boot to keep the interior dry. Any thoughts on the shock mount location?
  15. Thanks, trying to get it as tied in as possible without making it too overkill and annoying. Keep it sleek. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I’ve joined the 21 slot society as well, but I don’t need it so I’d sell it. I’ll even sell it for less than $499.95. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. When connected, it says AC ON and Yes required which according to the manual says “A/C clutch signal is active” and “Yes required means all conditions for A/C are met, but you can visually see the A/C clutch is not engaged. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. When I disconnect the switch it switches both signals. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I’ll have to try it out and find out. Also, on another note the front left caliper is locking up so I need to get another one of those.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I don’t think it changes ever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I was going through my REM data and noticed that the A/C signal always says on even though the A/C clutch is not always engaged and the A/C req is also always on even though the A/C is not on. I’m not sure why it is giving these signals when it’s not on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
