Replacement latch for OEM slider

That looks good. I wonder if that could all be 3D printed? -
It appears new coolant was very needed. I drove to the dump and now am waiting in line at idle, still at 210° and its 85 outside. Success!

Got my coolant swapped out today. Cleaned up some oil from all the blow by. Got a new air filter, the other needs alot of cleaning. It was soaked with oil. New parts list after tinkering: Spark plugs Cap and rotor Wires Battery My battery is 5 years old. When I turn on anything in the cab I can see the voltage gauge drop. It runs at 10 most of the time. Thinking on swapping the temperature plug on the block. Not sure the gauge is correct. Fan isnt kicking on since I went to the 195° thermostat.

My threads are pretty worn. I don't have a tap. Thought new bolts would be easy

Thank you. So when I buy another one I should get a 180 or the 195?
-
I am in the middle of my coolant flush and pulled my thermostat. It's a 180. Could that be why I am running very warm, average 210 or a tad higher on a 80 degree day.

Could it be this? https://www.carparts.com/details/Jeep/Cherokee/Crown/Axle_Shaft/2001/4874303.html?TID=gglpla&origin=pla&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pla&utm_campaign=8683078729&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=CjwKCAjwr7X4BRA4EiwAUXjbt0wT4U1Y8EJuMHdEz8ujzZ14LWw10PX8KaJVYsQyUbvP8m_oGg6pHRoCy5wQAvD_BwE -
I'm doing an axle swap in my comanche. I got the axle from a 91 cherokee but I'm pretty sure it was not original to that jeep. The shaft was broken and I don't know what to order. Here is a picture and can get more if needed. Guy at the parts store didnt have any ideas
