  1. do not ever use those separators unless you have no other choice , it destroys the boot and the ball joint. use a 16oz or a 20oz hammer and smack the section where the tie rod give it a good smack and it will fall right out. a propane torch or mapp gas will help too. heat it up a lil and give it a smack on the edge where the ball joint threads go up in. do not hit your threads but hit the metal that accepts the ball joint shaft, the vibration will loosen it right up. i hate thos ball joint separators, all they do is run stuff. even know the joint is bad its 100 times easier to just give it a smack and it will fall out. better then beating the snot out of it and ruining something.
  2. x2 rock sliders are way cooler
  3. yeah but a bad sael will not cause the pedal to loose pressure and fall the the floor after 5 min of sitting. its a PITA when you gotta pump it up every time you go to start it. once its pumped up it works fine but even while driving down the high way you gota double clutch it to get it to work sometimes. as for the hydro bleeding post i have blead many hydro clutches. i used to build turbo drags cars/street cars there pretty easy to blead out but #1 the comanche bleeder sucks and is in a tight spot thats why i needed a lift. #2 i didnt want to get brake fluid all over me. #3 it makes no sence because the master cly is new so is the slave cyl and we checked the lines for leaks. no leaks. I'm stumped.

  7. AMEN a can of carb cleaner of brake cleaner is good to carry with you if you have a leaky rear main seal oil gets on the flywheel pickups and causes a late start, long cranking, or no start at all. a shot of spray in the sensor hole and it will be brand new oh yeah change your rear main seal its not that hard messy but not hard at all takes 2hours
  8. ide go 15x8 just to be sure there is always 5x4.5 wagon wheels for sale on craigslist a set went the other day for 50.00 i missed out by 10min
  9. ok when i got my Comanche Wednesday and i test drove it the kid said the clutch needed bled out it still engaged but it was like 2" off of the floor. so seeing that i had no help today i stopped up my buddies shop and we put it on the lift and bled the clutch it was full of air and worked 100% fine well after inspecting the frame and other parts on my truck we took it down off the lift and topped off the fluid and i went to pull it out and bumped the pedal and it fell to the floor then hit it again and it had pressure. well a long story short its acting up again. you gotta double pump it to get pressure and i ahve no clue what it could be the previous owners had a new master cylinder and slave cyl installed has anyone else encountered this problem?? please reply this is getting very annoying

  19. yeah wahts up with that one guys sig its like 1.2954y4930-03- x 193-4y0y30u4-2 seriously is there a need for a portrait of a project jeep every time he posts a reply. someone needs to regulate this. thats bandwith being sucked up by that too.
  20. what about deep mud or water holes/creeks/etc? is there a bypass system to dump the water if you suck it in or is it hydro lock city?
  21. how does it atomize the fuel when the injectors squirt right into the valve openings i never liked TB spacers because there a waste of money and are added weight. MPFI shoots the fuel 1" away from the head openings and there is no way to "swirl or mix the fuel" before it goes into the head. unless you make a spacer that sits between the Intake manifold and the head. totally pointless i don't want to bash you for your work I'm just giving my opinion on TB spacers in general
