^Agree.. I had this same problem.. Some say to take the bolts out and put lock tight on them, but I didn't and still haven't had trouble with it been about 5 months.. Good luck!

Ok so its just the bottom lining on the window of the 97+ cherokees? And just use some rtv or something to seal it on? And I'll have to check tomorrow at the dealership.. I work across the street from one... :rolleyes:

Hey guys. I have.notice some vertical scratches on the outside of my drivers window lately and I noticed the railing that 'clips' on on the outside is corroding away... just wanted to ask what have y'all done if this has happened to you? How would I stop the scratches? Is there a place you can get a replacement rail for the inside and outside? Thanks

I did 2" pucks up front and Chevy drop shackles in the rear from auto zone and wj lower control arms and I just need am alignment and ill be good. Spent probably $100-$200 to lift

I found this 88 cherokee on craigslist for $750.. I'm wanting a 4.0 in the comanche, but not sure what would be wrong with this one.. Seems like a head gasket though, but could be more.. Project Car. Turns on but overheats quickly. Can't be driven more than a few miles. My zipcode is 28210. Car has had $750 worth of work in the past 10 days just to get it running again...new hoses etc. Tires are still OK. When we turned the car off a few days ago, we just heard a loud whistling noise. There is a lot of pressure building up somewhere....the radiator fluid was just full and now empty. I am not selling this car to someone who needs a car to drive. This is a project car and should be sold to someone who wants it as a project or to break it down and sell it for parts. If someone knows what they are doing, I am sure you can get this car moving again. We have been driving it for the past 7 months Any thoughts?
