  1. That shaft does move inside itself, probably stuck, lube it and give it a few wacks.
  2. Are you replacing the column part or the intermediate shaft between the column and the box?
  3. If your talking the dash pad, yeah the whole dash is attached to it
  4. The one in the intake is a air temp sensor, not coolant. No coolant runs thru the intake on the 4.0
  5. What are you using to view them? I see them
  6. Put some oil in the cylinders, with it sitting for so long I bet the rings are stuck

    Water heater

So now my water heaters has a drip, it's the tank style that was replaced about 2015, with it needing to be replaced again I started looking around and wanted to know if any of you have or used the tankless heaters. Pros and cons?
  11. Then it's either a bad pump, bad hose or incorrectly installed lines to or at the filter. It could also be wired in reverse and Sucking from the wrong side of the pump I always say just because it's new doesn't mean it's good
  12. Check the ignition switch about half way down the column
  13. This corrosion isn't caused by moisture but battery acid, your cables can still be bad. Ohm them out with a meter to verify
  14. Don't just assume that it's good because it's new. How are the cables, original to the truck? Corrosion build up inside the sheathing and will look good on the outside. How's the ground at the block?
  15. There's enough space between the bar and the light that the light still works
  16. If the fuel is not getting to the rails its a fuel line or pump issue. The vacuum system doesn't have any say as to the pump running or not. I'm assuming it is a 4.0 l
  17. Mine plugged in the existing fuse block
  18. Stick with the old one if you're not having issues with it
  19. I think all you need to run that speedo is a speed sensor out of the trans. And run new wiring, but I could be wrong As far as the other gauges will need the correct senders
