  1. It's not a "link". It's a saved document of mine.
  2. Yes, there's a benefit. Here's why: Distributor indexing explained For clarification though, that's not a cam sensor inside the Renix dizzy. It's there to fire the injectors sequentially with the firing order. You'll never notice if it went bad because the ECU will try to "guess" where it is and does a heck of a job at it. As for the "timing", it is controlled by the ECU. Ever notice how wide the tip of the rotor is? Try and wrap your head around this: When the ECU yells "Fire" to the ignition control module, where is the rotor in relationship to the dizzy terminal? Not to the terminal yet? Past the terminal too far? What happens to the spark/secondary ignition strength when it has to jump the Grand Canyon in comparison to shooting from a rotor tip? Tip 13 gets the thing right. Use Tip 12 first to guarantee you're on #1 TDC.
  3. Don't forget the ground point behind the driver's side taillight. That's for the fuel pump. I would add a ground while you're at it.
  4. The spacer is aluminum and should be behind the booster. But that would make the pedal lower. Is the booster seated on the firewall properly?

  10. The metal saddle that the filler is gonna fit in needs to be bent down a smidgeon. Parts just came in. What are you using for a recovery tank? The previous owner installed cruise control where I planned on putting mine. I used a Napa tank for overflow. 7304514
  11. Hang in there. Brute Jeep is one of those electric kid's Jeeps, right? LOL Just messing with ya.
  12. Okay. From there it goes to C103, the flat connector I mentioned earlier. 12 volts there? Then to C100 which is the connector behind the fusebox that lives in the engine bay. Then to C119 which is a 10 pin connector behind the driver's side kick panel. Then to the fuel pump connector.
  13. Key on, What's 86 read?
