  1. That small connector in the first photo (circled), is that a 2 pin?
  2. Is it possible that you have two (2) C115's?
  3. EGR Solenoid needs to be de-energized, with engine RUNNING, so vacuum can flow to Transducer or the EGR valve. Disconnect EGR Solenoid electrical connector, then test.
  4. It's hard to say without knowing if you're in Closed or Open Loop.
  5. Find C118. Leave C118 connected. Backprobe both, jumper C118_10 and to C118_4. Same wires as C199. Should be okay to disconnect C118 and jumper on the IP Harnesses side. Either way will work.
  6. Both are related through combustion. As O2 climbs, so does NOx.
  7. One picture is worth a thousand keystrokes.
  8. Your results show your running LEAN.
  9. Jumper C199_A to C199_B on the Cab Harness side.
  10. Let's stick with C199 for your Seatbelt SW. Not sure where C172 comes into play here, if at all. With C199 disconnected, chime module will think safety belt is buckled. Using a fused jumper wire, jump C199. Try it. Maybe vehicle needs to be running and maybe some time, will be needed before the chime chimes.
  11. Chime Module doesn't control the Parking Brake Lamp, strange that it lights up with the Seatbelt Indicator. C121_J & C121_K being cut shouldn't be part of your problem.
  12. When looking for TDC#1 (compression↑/↓power) remove spark plug #4. Listen for huffing, then puffing sounds while spinning the crank. Next time timing notch approaches 0° (TDC) you’re on the mark. I6 only.
  13. The ECU will only pick the AC Clutch Relay (BLU W/TR) when both AC Request and AC Select has voltage on the ECU pins (C201_C2 & C201_D2). Maybe I'm missing something here.
  14. ORG/BLK fuel pump wiring is an ENGINE RUNNING ONLY voltage, not KEY ON voltage. BLU W/TR is used for grounding the AC Clutch Relay via the ECU and not AC select (LT GRN).
  15. Is that 0.7Ω or 7Ω's across your O2S Heater? What are your STFT and LTFT values with KEY ON?
  16. Sounds physical.
  17. When AC or MAX is selected using the dash panel, NO, EFAN does not stay ON but will cycle with the AC clutch.
  18. Connector looks like C111. C111_A and C111_B should go to your Backup lamp SW. C111_C and C111_D when jumped together connects the Upshift lamp to the ECU.
  19. Headlight SW needs to be ON and set for low beams only.
  20. ↑↑↑ Concur. Expensive but well worth it. ↑↑↑

  22. Used for Cruise Control. C251 @pizzaman09
