  1. Are you going to leave it 2wd or convert to 4x4? I plan on converting mine at some point.
  2. Full version is annoying on a phone or tablet.
  3. The signatures don't show up using the mobile version.
  4. New sending units are not available. I found a bad wire on mine and fixed it. I also had to solder the lines where they go through the unit. That was easy.
  5. No, but there are a few MJ's around.
  6. My MJ is my daily, 60+ per day, from Keystone Lake to Sapulpa and back. Since you're looking at Tulsa CL, are you here in Ok?
  7. It looks very clean. I love my '89. I wouldn't worry much about the miles, my '97 ZJ with 4.0 has 308,xxx and running strong.
  8. Many (most?) ZJs had CV joints, not u-joints. My '97 ZJ has u-joints.
  9. http://www.ggcustommetalfab.com/jeep-bumpers-custom-bumpers $365 for a DIY bumper compareable to mine.
  10. That includes a winch. Bargain if the winch is good.
  11. Not always. Mine was cheaper than a DIY kit. Forget about getting aftermarket for anywhere close to the same cost.
  12. Might find someone that will build a bumper from scratch and save some money. The one on my ZJ cost me less than a kit and has been put through some tough tests.
  13. Ran across a pair of aluminum truck side tool boxes cheap. Any pics of an MJ with them?
  14. Failed regulator will cause too much fuel in some vehicles. TBI Chevy would dump so much fuel that it'd dilute the oil and I have seen signs of exhaust catching on fire.
  15. Look at the last pic. Dual wheels.
  16. They have shown up on here before. Plenty of pics on Google.
  17. Just for grins, with the engine idling, try moving the wiring to the ecu. The weight of the harness can pull down and crack the circuit board over time, can cause cutting out. As it gets worse, a no start condition can occur.
  18. Had a similar problem on my '97 ZJ. Ended up being the computer circuit board was cracked. Common problem on them, not sure if it applied on an MJ.
  19. That's the valve cover, not manifold. It will move.
  20. Possibly traction bar/anti axle wrap kit?
  21. Very possibly plugged injector. If you still have stock ones, good excuse to upgrade.
