does anyone else hate the new setup they have for searches. instead of having highest first, now they have price + shipping highest first. i understand that it is the highest price, but all the trucks and other parts are dispersed in everything else. it makes it hard to find them. :mad:

i run 4.10s with the 4.0/aw4 and it is perfect. i still get 20mpg and the powerband is spot on. you could probably do 4.56s.

i know a guy that will have some 4.5in rustys leafs for sale pretty soon ;)

it took me all weekend to get everything swapped out and all the 4x4 stuff put it in.

You should be ok even stock to be honest with you. If a KJ at 2" and 31's can stay with us when we were doing some "hard" stuff, you'd be fine with a stock XJ. The majority of the stuff we run you can "go around" the hard stuff if you want anyways. I won't personally have an extra seat, but I'm sure someone would. We can definatlly get you a seat somewhere if you came and didn't want to wheel your own rig (probably even in a MJ if your nice). The KJ kicked my @$$ on the trails. :oops: Pat, you know who you can follow down to. I don't have an extra seat, unless you want to ride in the bed. :D I hope you come down with us.

sorry i left early. but i didn't sit on my ars for the rest of the day. my buddy bought a 3in lift for his new to him 98 TJ so i helped him get most of it done. he just has to put the shocks and tires back on.

you can put in a 2-3 inch lift before you have to get different lower control arms.

On my XJ they checked bumper hieght once. They measured at the outer corner instead of the center... It was 29.5" and 30" is max. It sits at 32" on the MJ now. I'm not to worried about it, other then the fact that I work within a mile of thier sub station at I-94 and Hwy 20. huh. never had that happen to me or my dads trucks and he had 40s and 44s. i go to school at gateway in Racine so i go right past there.

those lift laws are bogus. the only thing that actually kind of moniter is how far you tires stick out, bet even that isn't monitered well.

by the way Pat, the Jefferson swap meet is this weekend. i am going Sunday. thought i would tell you just in case you needed to buy something.
