  1. When I look up rear shoes for my 89 D35 MJ they give me two options. 1 3/4" OR 2 1/2" size shoes. Which ones should I get? :dunno:
  2. O I already installed the cluster months ago.. I also installed the floor shifter a few days ago. :chillin:
  3. Ok Geonovast I corrected my toe which was way off! My tires were actually pointed outwards from each other. I had 59 3/4" in the front and 59 1/4" in the back! Drives much better but I still need to get links seeing as how I drive my MJ on the highway everyday.
  4. I have a 92 XJ doner and I already have the full guage package without the shift indicator. Thanks guys
  5. I have 95 HO injectors in my MJ now and noticed no difference at all. :dunno:
  6. Thanks.. It would be simple if everything wasn't so rusty and you could actually turn bolts and tie rods without breaking everything including fingers! :fs1:
  7. No should I be concerned?
  8. I need sway bar links for 3" of lift fixed or quick disconnect.
  9. Ok so I added 2" spacers and another stock rubber insolater, I now have just a hair under 3" in the front. I have my sway bar disconnected because the links won't reach. What links can I use to fit with 3" because my truck is all over the road at 55mph?
  10. Ahh thanks Eagle I had no idea they were different diameters in the leaves.

    BED RAILS Q:

Looks like you need a new bed to put them on! But I like them in black maybe.
  12. Ok I got my parts.. 2" spacers, 2" chevy drop shackles today. I will hopefully be installing them this weekend, I will post pics and how much lift I actually get. Hey Pete.. How long of a centering pin do I need to add one leaf? I am still thinking I will add a XJ leaf for stiffness of my MJ leaves.
  13. :rotf:
  14. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php $17 bucks each thats cheap they have floor pans too for like $40 I think
  15. Just as the title states.. Is adding a floor shift to an MJ a hard task? I want to eliminate the ol granny shift on the column.
  16. That's mainly what I am looking for, load capacity since I only use my MJ for hauling weight.
  17. Time to work in the most uncomfortable position ever... upside down under the dash! LOL I have never done a heater core in a MJ or XJ but I would think it is fairly simple like most Jeeps are.
  18. If you have coolant flowing through the heater hoses then sounds like it might be your heater core.
  19. I'm looking for more load capacity than lift actually. So the only way my XJ leaves will help is if I use the main and install it under the 1st MJ leaf? Therefore I will need shims and spring clips too right?
  20. Is your truck overheating at all? What temp does it run at?
  21. Correct, you need a full cluster from a Cherokee with a 4.0 motor. You can't add guages into your cluster and make them work. It is the most simple upgrade you can do IMHO. If you don't feel like cutting out for the gear indicator then don't.. leave it for a later date when you have free time. I didn't cut mine out, you really don't need an indicator just shift by feel. Its well worth having all the factory guages.
  22. Like this.. I may be completely wrong seeing as I know nothing about AAls. Thats were my friends at the CC come in!! LOL Image Not Found
  23. I am parting out my 92 XJ for the drive train to put into my 94 XJ. I was wondering if I can use a leaf from the 92 pack to make a short AAL for my MJ? I want to just add another short leaf over my overload leaf, can this be done? I was thinking just remove U bolts/shocks, drop axle and leave the 3 main leaves in but add another between them and my overload.
  24. Thanks everyone! Now I'm just waiting on parts in the mail.
