yes on spacer... the pop off i got i was trying to remove the piece from the bracket beside it. i figured it out got everything switched over and lines in just waiting to bleed them in the morning. this isn't the first time ive done this the cable isn't there on my xj. i got the nuts off i just didn't want to break the cable seeing that i couldn't get a replacement today. not a bad upgrade for 35 bucks for everything.

I'm doing the 96 brake booster upgrade and i can't seem to get the shifter cable off the bracket how do you do it without breaking it??

if I'm working I'm drinking goes hand and hand and theres no way for me to get drunk in the hr or 2 of changing it out. plus it take alot of beer now.

I'm with blue xj on this. i don't think you still have the factory tps unless you have owned it from day one.....

i was just going where all my other jeeps had issues at the front connector full of stuff and wires rubbed through.....

I have changed 100s of these alot of them didn't need it they needed the oil filter o rings changed and the valve cover.... with the dealers computer says the tranny does not need to be removed and we only charged 3hrs shop time and oil lube and filter. if he waste his time pulling the tranny hes a dumba$$. you need some jeeper friends

try the front main connector should be near driver side headlight. check that

i really just wonder if its a dana 35 under there.

i ran castrol gtx mt fluid which is there synchromesh i had 200k on a ax5 and 170 on ax15 before i sold the jeeps. not many places carry it but my advance carries it for me.

id put another 2.5 in it and have 2 mjs and message kkilmer on here he has just about every part you migh need. a 2.5 in my area less than 300 bucks sometimes free..

if it has the limited slip could be the plates in it because my 8.8 had gold looking crap and i said the same thing pulled it apart and nothing wrong just needed new clutches and plates in it. if you pull it out and use the limited slip you should be able to get a few more disk than stock so it will lock up better...i put 2 more in my buddys 8.8 in his f150 made big differance with stockish tires.
