The isolators on the radiator studs that attach the isolator to the radiator nut size so I can go buy them broke the old ones off now I need a new nuts for my new isolators what size are they please? Sent from my Z981 using Tapatalk

i just ordered the same front bumper and added the hoop kit. i was going to build my own again but the diy are reasonable and take the guess work out. i did get my nates bumper today and his welds look great bumper is straight looks just like it should. it will take very little prep to get ready to paint my bumper. fyi on the small operation nates is not a big company. krustyballer fab looks like he does great work to from what ive seen and herd on here. on nates it took longer than id like but he is building to order if i was in this type of business id do the same. us mj guys are few and i wouldn't want to have something built to sit for months or years to gather rust. jcr offroad when i ordered the rear diy 2 years ago said it would be a week extra time because they cut them to order now because of low demand.

could just make a homemade posi lock for the shift fork. i would buy a new shift fork at the same time

i ordered my rear about a month ago talked to nate for an update and he was backed up with tax time orders but i should get mine this week.i give everyone one chance if its a bad experience i won't order another.

i am building another mj and did a soa and i used the stock mounts and flipped the sides. is there a shock that i can use or do i need to mount the shock tab on the axle and use a stock replacement.

could have a brake sticking keeping it locked it. shouldn't pull much driving straight

looking good. i have the clear lenses on my xj with the 97 conversion. if you got them off ebay don't tighten the side markers all the way down till they warm up or you will crack them. they don't have the same contour as the factory ones but look great.

majic clear coat its ready to spray with a spray gun.

i did mine wasn't too bad. remove the door strikers when you pull the doors. have to remove the old strikers and make a few new holes to make the door latch work. now the wiring find a diagram and wire it up. i couldn't get the power locks to work so i gave up for now on the locks

maybe you should build a few and sell them. theres quite a few guys on cherokeetalk.com looking for something bolt on that looks better than rustys metal flares. if i was building another xj id ask for a set.

hey tractor supply sells clear coat and a gal thats ready mixed that you just spray. i test sprayed it over rustoleum sail blue because i had it laying around. the blue was cured for about 2 weeks before i put the clear on.
