redo list step one remove battery cables but everything else is perfect...its not as hard as people make it out to be. rockauto.com has the rear main and oil pan gasket cheap compared to az or advance i think i paid 3.50 for rear main and 13ish for oil pan gasket

i used the Rubicon express dbs on my xj that i had 9in of lift i loved them. i had a set of rc dbs and they felt flimsy compared to the re ones. i ordered them from seriousoffroad.com and i paid less for the re ones compared to the rc ones. with my ironman andys control arms the re dbs it rode and drove better than my buddys xj with almost the same setup with rc long arms. only thing different on his was a dana 44 rear and i ran an 8.8..........

yeah if you don't use it. i might have to make a trip down to get it from you if its cheap enough. make them think its a dana 35 so it be 100 bucks or less

i had them on my xj i loved and hated them. i loved the look the way they pulled offroad and they lasted a pretty good while..the hate suck in rain suck on new wet pavement and loud as hell every where. when you first get in they beat you to hell till they warm up. if they sit to long you will get flat spots... id buy another set but not for a daily driver again

well with the experience ive had with the newer jeep engines i wouldn't buy one unless it had a cummins in it or a revamp of a 4.0... the 3.7 is a pos the 3.8 is pos 3.6 is pos whats that leave a pos 4.7 ok i might use a hemi but the we have a 30-40k truck again..

i really like the look of these. I'm going to do this on my next mj or xj unless i buy napier flat flares

ive used one its not really a 2 core its a large single core bigger than a regular 2 core. they work ok. theres a seller called radiator classic or classic radiator has a 3 core for a little more i think 75 bucks that i liked better

truck looks great. what kind of paint did you use? single stage, base coat clear coat, rustolium? i think the wheels look great as they are stock 97 cherokee wheels.

i just need one thats straight so when i paint my truck it will all be straight.

napier or other for the flares? nice bed rack. i made my stinger out of black steel pipe just like your bed rack and hit it on everything peoples trucks cars rock wall the ground with all the jeeps weight on it. it will hold up good off road for low speed and will hold up rear ending a truck too. just don't over do it because the pipe is heaver than tube.
