  1. Thank you sir. Rob L.
  2. Thats what I did! Soooooo much more room after I did that! Basically, if you can't use it on your MJ, with your MJ, or for your MJ, it hits the bricks. I took all house tools and put them in the basement, lawn stuff went into the shed, along with some bigger items... IE Rollbars, axles, and anything else large and in charge. All the MJ parts and tools stayed in the garage, where they should be. Rob L.
  3. Yep, but there comes a point where its less for cruising and more for sucking. I think the 2.73's in the Grand Wagoneer's cross that line. Rob L.
  4. Ouch. Rob L.
  5. Too many img tags in that one. Some photo hosting sites will automatically toss a set on. If that's the case, you don't have to attach any more. Rob L.
  6. What I fixed looks like this(I put in a space after the first img to break the code so it wouldn't show up as a pic): [img ][/img] Right click on the pic, select copy image location, and drop that between some IMG tags. Rob L.

  8. Oh yeah, nothing beats the sound of a flowmaster (or rip off in my case) on a 4.0L! Listen to the tone at the end of my vid... You would think its an 8! Rob L.
  9. In a nutshell, its on its 3rd front axle, the 249 AWD t-case needs to be replaced (242 under the workbench), and just general wear and tear. Its due for a new radiator and a thermostat when I get a chance. The plastic res on the end of the rad is leaking, and the stat is stuck wide open. All in all, it rides nice, and has all good options... You can ask JeepcoMJ, its a sharp looking vehicle. And with my Craigslist brush guard: I was thinking of selling it awhile back, here's the link to the thread(video of a walk around also): http://www.nagca.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41715 USDS_gc_Ues I'm no longer considering selling it, but the for sale thread is a good rundown of my life with it. I wish I could get a 5.9L ZJ, but just can't justify selling my ZJ I have history with for another unknown... Rob L. 8)
  10. I have this combo... If anyone could shed some light for me.... Rob L. :D
  11. I still want to beat the inbred son of a b who jackass painted a factory black interior because he felt like he wanted to be cool with his white homies. Rob L.
  12. And where would that be?? I had to look too. According to some of his old postal, Czech republic. Rob L.
  13. I've wondered about this also until I looked at both. The only difference between an Ho and Renix column is the ignition cylinder. Other than that, they are identical. Rob L.
  14. That's because Wildman buys them before they get to the yard. Rob L.
  15. Hmm... I know the stock '87 block has a hotter cam, but the later blocks have better heads for flow. So now you have an engine with a weaker cam, and the old restrictive intake setup... I would start by modifying the correct intake to work on that engine... Might help it breathe a bit... Rob L.
  16. Most probably are. The dealer(s?) that they originated from were in CA. Rob L.

Good luck finding one... I bet someone's sitting on a pile of them... Rob L.
  18. You try a parts store? Rob L.
  19. Man, I reeeealllly wish I had a clean SWB to trade you for your 401 J truck... Rob L.
  20. How did you put the knock sensor back on? Rob L.
  21. You could always go back and pick up that panel, since its for an MJ, and get it re-covered, or re-wrap it yourself. Its held in by a couple nuts on each end by the b-pillar trim, and then there are some 8 MM bolts on little steel tabs that secure it to the floor. Super easy to get out. The plastic above it just pulls off. Rob L.
  22. geeze man, think the only way to put more pressure on people would be dressing up like a nun. :rotf: I actually had a guy yell at me and ask if I was on duty! When I told him no, and that I volunteered for it, he said "good, we don't need to be spending tax dollars on this..." Really guy? Does it matter? I thought to myself, even if I was on duty, would you rather have me in the station watching HBO or standing out here ringing a bell for charity!? I had another guy walk up, put in a couple bucks, and looked up and said "Make sure this goes to the white people, we don't need to keep supporting them Mexicans." Ok buddy. Rob L. :shake:
  23. A lot of guys have had good luck with these re-treads. They are really affordable, and do a good job... www.treadwright.com Rob L.
  24. Street Comanche wouldn't show up on the VIN. It was an afterthought by a dealer who wanted to put out a limited edition. Rob L.
  25. Merry Christmas! I got to say it a whole bunch when I rang the Salvation Army bell for the Fire Department: I had some interesting comments from people for sure... But all in all, a ton of people emptied out their pockets. Remember to toss some money in the red kettle when you see it! Rob L.
