    Hmmm, just what I was thinking... I wanna F@!&^%$ kill them that was sickening that xj had no rust on it at all at the very least they should give the stupid thing to someoone who needs a vehicle but can't afford to buy one not kill it in a totally cruel way! good idea man

    i respect that the american goverment is trying to help automakers but i hope this never happens in canada because i am a 16 yearold who loves cars made many years before i was born and all cars made before the 90s and this program is would ruin my chances of finding myself a nice older car for sale in the states that would be rust free or low rust and in good shape where i can't find it in canada so i respect but really hate the cash for clunkers bill :mad:

    well ....................... i got the carpet out first the good side passengers not oo bad for 10 years with a busted window not the bad the drivers side big surprise here but i was expecting it ... more anyone i hate rust now for whats left of the carpet after i was through with it i wasnt gonna use it anyway I'm planning on hurclining the new floor .......................... more to come later next is motor or axel removal

    thanks man ive been having alot of trouble deciding what to do but after a little father son chat (me being son) it has been decided that I'm restoring it 2wd but I'm still gunna try my best to sdo it good . and i can't thank you guys enough for the suppourt YOU ROCK!

    mna i wish i could make up my mind......... my dad finally talked sense into me and I'm delaying my 4wd swap and I'm gunna make a nice 2wd out of the parts ive got but anyway its still gunna be an awsome truck . i did some more work on it today and ive got the seat out and I'm now going to rip the carpet out ... its just plain nasty and see if ive got any floor at all ( i don't think i do ) oics up in an hour or 3

    hey guys I'm doing a 4wd conversion on my mj but i don't have a donor vehicle i bought a dana 30 front end and I'm wondering how to hook up what i think is a vacume disconect. its a hookup for some tipe of hose to the right of the diff when you are behind it. what i am wondering is either how to hook it up so that my front drive works or how to make my front end conected all the time. plese help!

    :agree: in m y 4x4 conversion I'm runnin a 70s dodge np 205 as my only t case and i think id wolu do just fine ... but itas heavy as hell me and dad had troublu movin it around

    ditto that. looks great. if you want to lose the middle light but keep the power i'd suggest adding a pair of smaller lights that would fit where you took out the middle light. for now we can build one for anyone who can get thier truck to us,as soon as we get a jig set up we will be able to ship them. I'm gonna stick with the 3 lights,when i build more i will let who ever buys them choose the light configuration. we have a light tab jig so its not hard to put some on before they ship. hmmmmmm I'm in canada jeeps in a milloin and a half pieces your in oregon illl be down in a few years once my jeeps done :shake:

    well ive gotten to work on my mj abit and i got pics.... this is my new work area YAY! where my jeep lives all my crap my t case t case tag i got 4 of these wheels i painted my frame too what do ya think??

    lol my plan is that I'm going to divorce mount a np205 and use my 2wd 5 speed. I'm gunna get working on it as soon as I'm not doin that crasy work stuff or stuff with the firedpartment :Canadaflag: :cheers:

Was worth every fighting/screaming mile 8) That said it all :thumbsup: You know where I'm coming from. Just being able to get underneath it without a facefull of rust is enjoyable :brows: darn right :cheers:

    no moneys lol storey of every ones life including min even though last time i looked i had 400$ in my wallet....... just don't wanna spend it on stuff yet .........but I'm buyin an axel this weekend tho :hijack:
