from what ive heard most small truck roobars will "fit" but most of them will ne a bit of modification to mount correctly

i would just be very carefull. but blow it off wif compressed air or just let it sit for an h our or so would probably do the trick

more or less welding with a rod of filler metal and a acetlyne torch. you pretty much melt a stick of filler metal into you gap or crack. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazing

you say the fuel pump i new. is it new in box or one out of another truck. the loss of power sounds to me like fuel pump or filter.

did you paint the right side yet. looks to be a different shade of white and the damage is still there. looks good otherwide though

i like the wahhy front on the first truck.... but it doesnt fit on most of our trucks

our gas is 1.09 a litre. i can't remember how to convert that to gallons tho.

ive got differnt jeeps built in my head for different situations. but my ideal one would be: jeep mj tj rubi dana 44swith selectable lockers. 33 inch bfg m/ts 97+ upgrade 5.7L hemi v8 5speed part time transfercase with a full time option. and of course rust free

some times happens when u bolts get re used.

thanks for the help guys. i got it figured out, i took the dash back apart and everything was good so i took a close look at the linkage for the heater core. thit ends up tat the rod that connects the linkage to the door inside the heater corehad come off the linkage. hooked it back up and ive got heat back!!

just read all of those threads. the naxja one has some serious pete m/CC bashing going on at the end! but i learned alot

okay so i guess my plan of attack is to make sure everything is hooked up in the right places and/or hooked up.
