  1. IIRC both mine are 5/16". Best way is to use calipers to check the diameter of the fuel line on your vehicle.
  2. Perhaps a faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator.
  3. While wiring my auxiliary fan I discovered the Diode was missing. The factory parts seems to be no longer available. A suitable replacement can be fashioned from (2) 1N5402 diodes (Radio Shack #2761143). Twist and solder the cathode ends together for the connection to the relay. The separate leads are connected to the A/C input and the Radiator temperature input. Hope this helps.
  4. The fluid wasn't milky due to being contaminated with water was it?
  5. Mine had been twisted off flush with the block. Eventually the gasket deteriorated and caused an exhaust leak. When I replaced the gasket I drilled it out and re-tapped it for a new bolt.
  6. Same CPS for 2.5 or 4.0?
  7. +1 for the plug & play Volvos. Best mod I've done.
  8. Yes or no? Thanks in advance.
  9. Won't the motor mounts support it?
  10. You can pull it out, no worries. Regular vacuum hose with the proper connectors will work fine. Some guys replace that hose with 3/16 brake line for a lifetime fix.
  11. Sounds like classic bad pickup coil in the distributor.
  12. The hissing is coming from the booster?
  13. As the piston is compressed the fluid goes back into the fluid reservoir. Do you notice any fluid around the caliper? Did the flexible line get damaged while handling the caliper? It would be quite a coincidence for the master cylinder to crap out at the exact moment the pads were replaced.
  14. Mine started acting up and I pulled the horn button from the center of the steering wheel and sprayed the contacts with electrical contact cleaner.
  15. Give us a step-by-step of the procedures you performed. That will help us maybe pinpoint something.
  16. I'm getting ready to tackle this project myself. On the passenger side does the CAD present any problem removing the shaft? Just a spline fit? Also, is there a way to tell if my front diff is a "C" clip unit without pulling the diff cover? As always, thanks in advance.
  17. I recently replaced my broken one with the "new style" and can tell no difference. I found one at Advance Auto.
  18. Any metal areas of the dash should be grounded.
  19. Thanks for the tips!
