I too had arguments over the way a bowline should be tied when I was assistant scoutmaster of our troop. I could tie one behind my back faster than most could do otherwise. The scoutmaster banned me from doing so because he asserted that I must be cheating- "the knot can't be tied that fast". I never did show him my method. haha oh the one handed bowline.. i wonder if i can still do it. :dunno: its been years, mom actually showed us that one, then they all wanted to know so she showed the whole troop. who-da-thunk-it? mom also out-shot the male-scoutmasters and assistants with a bow and arrow and rifle :D

M.O.R.E. steering box brace installed!
Oizarod115 replied to ORCA's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
it wasnt MOREs fault man, we've got a rusty's (same identical setup) steering box brace and it didnt fit out of the box either. we chocked it up to the catastrophic hydroplaning incident and other accidents the XJs been through edit: we also bought a RE frame stiffener for the new RE trackbar mount and stuff on the same X and it didnt fit AT ALL either -

WOOOHOO! thats one badass truck man. love it. only thing i would add would be some black JEEP on the tailgate from spence at http://www.jeepsticker.com I'm pretty sure the AW4 is the difference between breaking and not breaking a d35 we wheeled one on 33's for the longest time with a 4.0 aw4 (never broke, just replaced it with a 44) -
how are you getting that kit 1020!?!?! i could buy it tomorrow instead of waiting a few more weeks if i could get it that price! i've no first hand experience but i'm a faithful RE customer, my brothers jeep has had absolutely NO suspensions troubles in 2 years of abuse including a rollover and MANY MANY highway miles and tons of offroad trips ill be buying the RE kit

gears can only make hi-way traffic easier to play in. cause the engine will turn faster to move the truck slower so you won't stall as easy and you might actually make it to second gear! (i feel you, i live near atlanta and traffic is terrible) -
X2 for me. Work, girls and cars diverted my interests. I've got a little boy now, and he starts Cubs in about a month.(Right after school begins.) X3 for me... X2 on the girls, work and cars thing. i work every monday (truck day) so i couldnt attend meetings. my brother is eagle though. I'm brotherhood in the OA
