    yeah id have it laminated then make my own frame out of some wood of choice. simple pallet wood with some blowtorch action and a little stain bath, poly it and hang it. but thats just what i would do if i had that poster to hang on my wall.

    check the starter with battery direct or take it back to auto store to run a test on it.

    yes you register it to put it on the road to operate. you transfer title to show ownership. you can own a truck and let it sit in your garage but you have to register it to drive it on the road and this means also you need insurance to protect others on the road cause your driving it.

    use a coat hanger and run through holes on back from the hole on front and hang from a nail in the wall.
