  1. I don't normally rag on what direction others have chosen for their projects, but daaaaaaaaang that's a horrible interior.
  2. oh man that's going to look good being pulled along by your MJ
  3. can you guys get some better pics or scans of the paperwork? I can't quite read it

I only deal forcefully with the massive underground yellowjacket nests on property. I live in georgia and I don't mind the the little lady predators flying around eating the rest of the bugs. for there are many, many other bugs. but those nests are huuuuuuuuge and I can't risk them getting angry with my nephews around.
  5. for some reason I couldn't see any of the pics in the post but I could follow the links to facebook so I uploaded them here to the CC. I'm sure they are out of order.

as I tell my nephews, there are good bugs, and there are bad bugs, and there are good bugs that become bad when there are too many of them. yellow jackets are technically very good hunters and can keep other bug populations in check. but on the other hand...

that sucks man if there's a small hole in the house they are using, maybe a can of expanding foam shot in there? just found a ground nest of yellow jackets out by the street. they did not like that I parked the lawnmower on top of the hole for a while. but that won't be enough to kill them all. I'll have to make some traps like last time (where I caught hundreds of the little bastards in one nest!)
  8. how far into the bigger pipe does the smaller one go?
  9. you can upload your photos straight here to the CC. though I'm not sure I've ever seen a pic added as an attachment. not sure how that happened.
  10. then it sounds to me like a better idea is to leave it alone and start anew after the move is all sorted out. Moving it rough and you've got a LOT of complication to your life coming up, no need to start a project that could EASILY screw up halfway and leave you with a non-working rig. welding on perches is about as easy as welding gets and it doesn't even have to be done anywhere near your truck.
  11. looks to be an AW4 transmission you've got there.
  12. seems like a lot of work was done for... that... don't think even a set of good rims will save it.
  13. is the truck drive-able as a 2wd right now? what are you doing for a rear driveshaft?
  14. I moved ya over to the Pub as an introduction. when you get the VIN, drop that into the appropriate registry subforum and you'll get a build sheet and birthday for your new baby. nice patina!

dang. such a gorgeous truck. you alright?
  16. a giant Borla muffler. like, for a big truck. very quiet at idle and throaty when I'm on the skinny pedal. It's not a v8 though.
  17. I wonder if it is still sitting on the tires...
  18. there's a guy on facebook that has both a dually and a street 'manche but I can't seem to get him to stop by here and share.
  19. um, at least they painted it? does it count as an addition? or just a parking spot?
  20. not sure anymore. the tires no longer rub and the new rear axle doesn't even leak! with 0 ABS sensors working (rear axle is non-abs) the speedometer is likely officially dead though. I'll try and snag some junkyard ones for the front so I can get my odo back.
  21. found a place for the subwoofer behind the rear seat. had to raise the shelf a bit to clear it. and the amp should fit in here (in the dash where the airbag used to reside)
  22. can't you still strap the bed onto the bed?
