  1. it only takes a couple minutes to mod the WJ arms. just need to trim the steel bushing flush with the rubber bushing. you can see in the pics where it protrudes like a 1/4".
  2. oooo! I like that even better than my "chrome" one!
  3. this is likely why I see the 95/96 XJ and 99-04 WJ as the recommended swaps. https://www.motortrend.com/how-to/154-0810-cheap-jeep-brake-system-upgrades
  4. I would get WJ lower arms.
  5. definitely could be the clutch not fully disengaging. I would try bleeding it.
  6. looks like fun!
  7. adventure!! doing what a Jeep should!
  8. scored a nos cap for my tailgate. plus a decal.
  9. far as I know, all that stuff will work I'm sure someone will chime in if I'm wrong
  10. that bezel can be repaired enough for a daily driver, it's that corner light that's the real tragedy here. but at least everyone is ok.
  11. good to know. never would have thought of that.
  12. bigger is better.
  13. have you verified the temp with an inferred thermometer? have you tried bleeding air out the temp sensor yet?
  14. oh, I see now. I knew I read somewhere that that's the model number of the 2wd version, but more research shows that Jeep used it for both 2 and 4wd at times. once you find out which year it is, this thread will help out. near any year can be used with some extra work. https://naxja.org/threads/everything-you-ever-wanted-to-know-about-the-aw4.1053970/
  15. they sell them in pairs so you can mix and match and see what works best for you.
  16. is that first pic of your current 2wd transmission?
  17. sorry for your loss.
  18. I have no need for these. plus I'd be afraid of them being ever so slightly warped unless I saw them mounted on a bumper.
  19. nice!! what was the price breakdown?

    CC cookbook

pretzel bun, swiss cheese and diced smoked polish sausage. toast the bun nibble off the corners of the cheese dice the sausage and nuke for 30 secs when bun is ready, assemble as an open face with one slice and half the sausage on each side nuke for 30 secs, then combine the sides and enjoy.
  21. a laredo stripe might also work. I did find a 2-tone truck stripe but the guy wants 40+ per side and that's not worth it for what it is.
  22. it's a thick gold dot matrix stripe. I feel I need to add something to my tailgate on the wall and this would help complete my rando decal collection (I have a sportruck, pioneer, chief, and eliminator already on the wall) just like the others, it won't be adhered, just held on with magnets/tape.
  23. need one for the wall. must be in its original wrapper. yes I know it's a lost cause. part number 5502 1412
