  1. Looks great. Except for that green cover.
  2. 96 actually. Less clutter, less vacuum lines. But I know how you guys love excess vacuum lines.
  3. So what good does that do? The MAP is still up on the firewall where the vacuum hose/pipe can be broken, knocked off, or leak. Too bad you don't have an HO where excess vacuum lines can be eliminated and the MAP can easily moved to the throttle body, where it should be. BTW, the 96 HO MAP is the same as the Renix MAP; would be a good Renix tip to figure how to mount it on the funky Renix throttle body. Or at least get if off the firewall.
  4. ^^^ This. The temperature sensor probe has to be immersed in the coolant to read correctly. Using an inline radiator hose sensor adapter is one solution.
  5. Dealer. About $2.50.
  6. Make sure the horn mounting stud is clean, shiny, and tight. That's the ground connection.
  7. A10 Warthog http://www.military.com/equipment/a-10-thunderbolt-ii
  8. If it doesn't leak going through the local 22Meg PSI car wash it ain't going to leak.
  9. Mine doesn't leak.
  10. Looks great Rev - nice work!
  11. On the 2.5's the idle is bumped up a little by a high pressure switch when cranking the steering wheel into the stops. Supposed to keep the engine from stalling out under the power steering pump load. The torque-monster 4.0's do not have this feature. Some guys use this switch for a poor man's extended idle.
  12. ^^ Never knew that. My rails are just black undercoating - not a trace of paint.
  13. C'mon man! The truck looks great too. I like how you painted the frame rail the same as the body color.
  14. I didn't know cuckoo birds nested that far north. They are a major PITA down here building their nests on top of car tars.
  15. Did these work for you Jim?
  16. Marciano beat both those guys; Walcott twice. Admittedly Joe Lewis was nearing the end of his career when he fought Marciano though....
  17. Yeah, Mayweather is skilled and is one of the best defensive fighters ever. But he's boring as hell. He's also a total scumbag and represents all that's wrong in boxing and pro sports in general. I'm old enough to remember Rocky Marciano, and ever met him when I was a young kid in Mass and he came to our school. His record was 49-0 with 43 KOs. Mayweather will probably tie or surpass Rocky's wins w/o a loss, but w/o the KOs. I'm hoping someone will kick his sorry azz before he does and shut the jerk up. But it doesn't look like there's anyone left in his weight class who's capable..............
  18. That's been done in the past, many times. It's called open scoring. The scores are posted for all to see after each round. While it helps to weed out crooked judging, it makes for boring fights. When a fighter knows he's ahead on the cards, he naturally takes a few rounds off and coasts. Most everyone hates it, including the fighters.
  19. True, but he may be going slower (or faster) than the speedo indicates and the indicated revs may not be as far out as they seem.
  20. :shake: :(
  21. Just friendly wagers here and there Jim. For the good Pinoy man.
