The messed up thing is where it broke i don't see rust. In the past i replaced the bushings with poly ones. I bet thats what happened. From all the twisting. Never put polys in with stock arms! They are on the way. Hope to seethem mond or tues. Luckly I'm able to use another truck for the time being.

when i got home and went to change the oil on my truck and found my pass side upper control arm had snapped! the funny part was on tuesday i had replaced the lowers with much beefier ones that i got from maddzz1 and never noticed the pass upper was bout to go. I'm soo pissed and now waiting for the second time around for a set of 99 to 01 wj front upper control arms to come in! please arms get here soon!! i need my truck!!!

hey. thanks. its too cold to weld right now but i do like that the newer xj's had longer ones. ill have to wait to get money unless i can find a used pair for now.

hey. wanted to know what factory sway bar links can i use that is longer than stock? have 2 inch lift in front and running stock links in my 87 4x4 mj. thanks.

hmm. ill think on that. the head has no intake or exhaust manifold. there is what i have done to the motor. k&n air filter, rustys throttle body spacer and upgraded injectors same psi but has the better spray pattern. exhaust has magnaflow cat and flowsound 2.5 inlet and 2.5 dual outlet muffler.i have felt a big emprovement but thought that might help more. i get 200 to a tank. which seems ok but would like to get more if possible.

hey everyone. i got a question. i can score a 94 ho head that may need some valves replaced. can i bolt that on my renix motor and still use the whole renix system? if i can would my motor gain any more power and fuel milage? thanks.

i had the column shift in my 2wd mj. u have to change the trans only if u are going from 2wd to 4wd. u only have to change is the column, and put in the floor shifter and a shift cable.

hmm. i like the breather idea. part of my breather hose is coming aprt inside and its the part that goes into the 4.0L air box hole u have blocked. i think ill definatly do that to my truck. nice write up man!!

i didnt know the zj front axle was the same. hmm thats an idea if need to replace at one point.

DAM!!!! time for me to try to find another set or 2 for cheap if possible and then keep the best 2 and sell the rest.

i hear ya. i have a welder but can't weld that good. maybe when i get back to work and it gets warmer out ill try to practis on welding better.

what would be the cheapest way of doing the conversion. i know i can't really spend money but that seems alot for the conversion. what stuff can u leave alone but still convert it?

where be the easiest to get those bolts? i got a set of uppers coming and need the bolts. do u think the dealer be cheap enough?

don't get the cherry bomb muffler. it wil last maybe a year then explode there only made from thin metal. i had one and it was junk. glasspack is kool but just doesnt last that long. id rather go with flowmaster just because its made from a thick metal and welded very good. it also sounds mean and loud!.
