  1. Same part # for 90/91/92...and 87/88, which makes be think they might not be selling the right thing
  2. ^ Ain't got no good english
  3. I thought the "Exc. Peugeot" mean EXCLUDED? And the 1990/1991 list the Same Part # for the Manual Tranny mount (and it's the only mount they have listed for a Manual) Maybe I'm wrong...or need to find someone other than RockAuto to find the part... Wade
  4. I was thinking the under-side looked pretty nasty... Is this what I I should be looking for??
  5. So mine look's "normal"? negative. that mount is collapsing. order a new one specific to your transmission (and verify that your transmission is specific to that crossmember...that is an ax15 crossmember). correy, that does NOT sit on the crossmember. that would defeat the purpose of the rubber mount. I hope it's an AX-15 Crossmember since I have an AX-15 Tranny... Here are more pics...
  6. ^ Should go post a constructive answer to the question in the new thread I started about my tranny mount
  7. Finally has a dry decent day and was crawling under the MJ to get all the front Roll Bar Bolts tightened down and glanced over at the T-case/Tranny mount. I've had a "clunk" that I haven't found the source of, so just wanted to see if this is what a normal, functioning transmission mount is "supposed" to look like (i'm not sure what the lighter color edge is, almost appeared like sheared metal, but ??? Maybe this is normal, but just looked goofy to me for some reason.
  8. Negative... I just drilled the holes, and used some new Grade 8 Bolts...
  9. I replied over on JeepForum where you posted first... 8) OEM SWB
  10. I can't believe I got 5+ Pages out of my Puppy thread in your screen-shot (she's now happily about a year old) ...OK, not so "happily" this past Halloween, but you know how that goes...
  11. ^^^ Is the "Godfather" of ComancheClub!!!
  12. The '06 has the V6 engine, doesn't it? If I were buying a TJ as a daily driver, I'd be looking for one of the original, 2-door Unlimiteds with the 4.0L engine. For a DD it doesn't need to be a Rubicon, because a DD doesn't need a 4:1 low-range and all the Unlimiteds have the Dana 44 rear axle. No the 06's were still the 4.0... the 3.8V6 came in 07
  13. My TJ is a 99, drove off the lot new in early 99.... Can't say anything really wrong with it, or anything major I've disliked... We got the Auto, which is only a 3Spd...after my regaear , I wish I had the 4Spd auto, when I'm rolling on Hwy... But if you go stick, it won't matter too much. If your not looking to wheel it hard and just a DD/Fun rig and want to go inexpensive 98/99/2000 bases models, stick a budget boost and 31's and you go just fine. If your going to build it up more, I'd start with a Rubicon model so you already have the Axles, Lockers, etc to start from (more $$$ up front). Would have saved me replacing my rear D35 on my Rig (but Rubicons weren't around then). Don't buy a 2.5L, you'll hate yourself eventually, I'm not personally a fan of the looks of the Unlimited models (LWB), but having extra room to put crap in the back would be awful nice sometimes.
  14. Link for those technologically challenged :redX: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... &viewitem=
  15. I was just glad it started.... Interior is still gutted, but I have my TJ in upgrade mode in the Garage right now, so had to drive the MJ to work... I'm adding some Aluminum Corner Armor. Only 13lbs per side!!!
  16. Well, Ok, I didn't see that thread ... for $120 I wouldn't have thought twice about doing that either...
  17. $200+ bucks for just a hitch sounds expensive! I know Don that you are interested in keeping the Stock appearance, but for those of those not so much, for not too much more money than that you can get an aftermarket bumper with 2" receiver. I want a rear rescue point more than anything else... I'm never going to tow with it... A hitch would let me use a receiver d-Ring...or an aftermarket bumper could provide d-rings as well. Yes, the OP wanted "Factory Style", so that's probably the way to go... I'll eventually be looking for something different for my needs. SW2

I don't have a dog in the fight, but I'm really enjoying the NFC game... Tied @ 28 with 5 mins to go... I'd like to see NO go, but so far this has just been a great game to watch as a fan of neither team.
  19. I drilled holes in the floors on both so water has somewhere to go until I can find/fix the leaks... I might put the driver seat back in later today.
  20. Gotcha... I didn't think about the shill bidding that can and does happen on FleaBay...
  21. Well, I was one of the more recent ones to sell a set and get crazy price... I paid almost $60 to leave the Pik-N-Pull with them, and was just hoping to get my money back and make a couple bucks... I sure wasn't expecting $200 for a pair of lights. Simple Supply and Demand... as long as there are people willing to pay $150-$300, there will be people who will sell them for that. If I had a dozen pair and could get $150 for each pair, each and every one of them would be on Ebay right now... I don't think that makes me a 'scam artist'
  22. When I meet a "cool kid" on here, I'll be sure to ask em about it...
  23. I wanna change my vote just to be the lone "NO" vote...41 to Nada is a butt kicking... J/K of course, I kicked a couple bones down...
